I have to Hook up and connect the trailer to my vehicle. I am glad I went. Because if my wife went she would've not been able to. No one came out of the store to even check if it was hooked up correctly or to help.Mark R.

The market lights did not work and the staff inside the Chevron station were less than helpful and acted like they didn't want bothered at all. The lady kept sliding the window shut cutting me off while I was trying to talk and walking away. Took almost two hours to get the trailer. Absolutely horrible experience!Geoffrey P.

Went to pick up at wrecker hwy location just to see the truck number already assigned to me pull off. The clerk behind the counter tells me it's my own fault for not being there when he unlocked door. Mind you I was there at 10:01 he opened at 10 and I had already done mobile check in. After literally mocking me saying â€œblah blah blahâ€ he finally makes a call and tell me to go to havendale. Havendale had no Wi-Fi and tells me to come back later. When we finally got the truck there were piles and piles of moving blankets stacked in back. Causing us to have to remove them all at our storage just to be able to load and then somehow find a way to fit them back in after we were loaded.Samantha B.

I scheduled to pick up the trailer at 2:00 pm. When I arrived at the location the gas station was closed and had a note on the door that said be back in 20 minutes. After 25 minutes I started to speak with U-haul about changing the pickup location when several people showed up in an Uber and unlocked the door. That was 2:30. After the attendant dealt with the back log of customers from being closed for an unknow period of time, she check out a trailer to me. I had to hook it up and pull it out myself which isn't that big of a deal but there was a wire stretching from the power pole to the building that was laying on the trailer. The trailer itself was in rough shape, it was dirty and the hinge on the back door was broken. This location should not be part of Uhaul. It was a bad experience.Jeffrey H.

Very poor service from the attendant. She was unable to do any paperwork at check out. Also truck has change oil warning that obscured the mileage, making phone check in diffiult (impossible to photograph the mileage)James A.
The people who ran the gas station where I picked it up seemed like I was a bother to them. I told the lady when I returned the trailer that one of the lights on the trailer was out and not working. She didn't seem to care. The trailer had rocks and broken glass in it from where it had not been swept out. We rented the trailer and ended up not needing it so we didn't even use the trailer.Carrie J.

First of all it was an awful experience, the woman behind the counter was extremely rude and short, the speedometer did not match sheet actual speedometer 99483, typed on sheet was 99488 it's only $5 dollars but it's the dishonesty that deters me, the vehicle smelled like cigarettes and marijuana, it was an overall bad experience I've used other locations and have always been serviced well that's the reason I chose uhaul I'm extremely disappointed Thanks for hearing my concernsGetro M.

Upon arriving 15 minutes early the cashier told us we were going to have to wait but never gave an explanation until the driver went in and kept asking which the answer then became the computer system is down and we would have to wait 2 hours, we informed them that's not going to be possible, we would like out $50 guaranteed if the rental was not ready on time because we were there for over 45 minutes waiting. They still charged us for the UHaul and never gave us out $50 for the rental since they were 30 minutes late with the rental and were rude about it as well.Roosevelt R.

Worker assisting us did not come outside to verify that we installed the equipment correctly. The equipment number given on the form was completely different from the one physically assigned to us. Had to complain to the worker about the equipment issue for him to come outside and assist.Lena C.
The store was very dirty and the rental wasn't ready upon my arrival. There was a problem with the tongue jack. There was a Uhaul service truck working on the trailer when I arrived, the technician stated that he just got the call from the rental store that it was broken. The technician had the problem fixed very fast, he said the rental store should not have waited until the unit was reserved to call for repairs. Also upon my arrival there was an inspector from Chevron performing an inspection so I was told that I would have to wait. My overall experience was okay, there was only two people working at the time and couldn't keep up was my impression.Robert C.

They were rude, they did not have any hitch ball for sale. I had to drive to another store. The man I spoke to Repeatedly had me move out of the way for other customers instead of helping me. He refused to help with the trailer hookup and would not check the tail lights. I still don't know if the brake lights work. This is by far the worst U-Haul experience I have ever had.John E.
The location is a walking health code violation. The trailer had rust all over and make some concerning noises when towing. The workers in the store took forever to get me the trailer. The trailers were not secure so someone could take one at anytime and they wouldn't know. Terrible and disgusting experience.Hunter L.

My preferred location was not available so I was called 12 hours before pick up and then changed locations. Then was called again and changed again. The clerk would not come out from behind his glass cage until I told him he needed to move the trailers infront of the one I was getting. He did not assist in moving or hooking up the trailer, sis not check to be sure the lights worked or anything. He was a total ASS!Denise W.

The location was easy to get to. The person checking us in was soooooo helpful! The only thing I would recommend is to have a few tools on hand for the unexpected!KESSE A.
The first trailer they wanted me to take was boxed in by other trailers. The second one had bald tires. The third had a crushed electrical connector. I am disabled and asked for assistance. The store was not busy and it still took about 30 minutes to get someone to come outside and help me.William K.

The checkout process was normal, nothing spectacular, but, when I was ready to leave, I had to hook up the trailer by myself, the tongue weight was heavy and I barely got it lifted, that is not good customer service, it has been a long time since I rented from haul, therefore, in the future I will rent from another provider.
