Truck had no gas, had cock roaches trash and dirty. Very slow when driving. Held traffic

Upon arrival to pick up - 5pm appt - was told had to come back in 1 hour due to person who handles was not in. Person who handles showed up 630 pm - was given a Uhaul with plastic trash and pcs in back - not clean not swept. Location had no equipment that was reserved "furniture dolly" also advised he had not pads or anything else. When returning hours showed 0900-2300 but location was closed - no drop box for keys after completing the online drop - had to leave keys in glove compartment of the truck due to no other place to put them. Horrible experience picking up and returning! Will not use this location or reccommend in the future. Penske location down the street is way better and easier to work with.

Want my money back . They took so long to give me my dolly that they cancel my pickup. I talk to the lady in front counter that I don't need the dolly anymore and she said that there nothing she can do, she did not even try to contact costumer service. I never use the equipment.

The married couple that was in charge of the gas station where we rented the truck from were extremely rude

Told the guy I was only driving about 20 miles total. It ended up being 22 miles. The guy behind the counter practiced poor customer service, was talking on his phone the whole time. What really set me off was he put down for the bank to hold 100 miles after I told him 20. THAT COULD HAVE FUCKED ME. If my rent would've been takin out that day I would've overdrafted my account and put me in a serious financial bind. I would've understood holding for 50 miles that would've been easier to comprehend but 100 was extremely unreasonable and excessive.

I was given a dirty truck with roaches running around and had a slipping transmission. On top of that he charged me for 6 days $590 instead of what I had it from 8:30pm Saturday night Nov. 4 to 10am Monday Nov. 6 around which should've been around $300ish!

Long wait- one person has no clue, one person they did the rental had to be called in to the store to complete the transaction even knowing I had a reservation. Will never go there again.

By being more well equipped with moving essentials other than the truck and having the items uhauls website offers. Dollies, blankets ect

Booked my reservation on line for 15ft uhaul, dolly, and 10 blankets for roughly 62 Got to store they changed my reservation no dolly, no blankets and now quoted at 96.00. Costumer service was rude when attempting to understand why the price increase but I was receiving less in the reservation

The truck we reserved over a month ago was not working properly. They tried to change it out and there was a broken tailgate lift. NO one called prior to inform us. The truck was extremely dirty. It took 1 hiyr because the couldn't find the dolly or the blankets so we had to go to another store to rent this. No one checked the truck when we got back and then they said we were 3 gallons less on gas so they charged hours later. Lol. This place is not professional at all.

Trailer did not have trailer hookup, fender was broken and rattling, husband owner told me to "buy new wires and I will refund you the money" I bought new wires and when I turned in the trailer the wife owner told me she would get her husband two different times but made no attempt to get her husband and when I handed her the wires she then told me to just keep them. Prior to returning trailer the husband called me and got rude with me asking me to bring the trailer back early because he has another family he needs to help. Although I had rented it for 24 hours, still needed it, and told the husband that, he got mad and hung up on me. Not professional, not friendly, I was lied to and cost me an extra $30 for their negligence but if you have patience and need a uhaul youll get one. Only reason I give 2 stars is because they were open until 9PM and had a trailer I could rent. Everything else was just upsetting.

Need more Trucks, had a very hard time getting a truck at a location I wanted. Also it was not the end of a month as one would first think. But overall it came out pretty good.

Only recommendation would be to put tongue jacks on trailers. I picked it up by myself and was barely able to get it up on the hitch.

I was given the smaller U-Haul when I reserved the medium size one. The U-Haul stunk so bad and was dusty and dirty in cabin and actual box had some white dust all on floor so had to sweep that so it would not get on my belongings. The people at the store I pick it up from look either tired or like I had bothered them and I dealt with two different people at pick up and drop off. Never again!

We reserved a dolly and furniture pads but when we got to the location we were told he had neither. That is the only thing that would have definitely helped out. Other than that he was very nice and the truck was in great condition.

Operator was fairly nice even let me leave my car there while I used the uhaul for the night which I appreciated very much. Truck it self was dirty and smelly though.

I scheduled a pick up for a truck and a tow dolly. I get to the location and it's a tan down gas station and they didn't know shit about the order. I basically had to reorder it and wait for them. When I arrived the tow dolly was not safe to drive at all. They had no idea what to do. Called u haul and got no help. Was told I would get a refund. Never received one. So I payed for a tow dolly I never used. Very disappointed and would not refer or use u haul again.

The store owner made statement that I could only pay with a credit card, and this was something that U-Haul required. I debated that with him because I had rented 3 weeks prior and was able to pay with my debit card. Then he proceeded to say it was his policy. Then without asking me the total mileage I would be traveling he automatically billed me for a 100 miles and I was just traveling within the same city limits. I would definitely not visit this site ever again, nor will I recommend it to anyone else. Horrible experience.

I waited more than an hour on the dealer at the location he was most disrespectful. Once I received the key and went to the truck I politely asked if he check the trucks before they are rented because the truck was filthy. He responded that the who clean boy who cleans was not here to clean and he just got here so if I don't want it I should leave if. I told him his response is unacceptable to any customer regardless of their need. I went to the Winter Haven location and a very courteous agent located another vehicle at this point I contacted the cooperate office and state my complaint. Other customers were desperately waiting, this dealer was my worst nightmare at Uhaul and he should not serve the public

Have someone at this location that knows how to operate the system. The owner was angry that I contacted UHaul customer service because he was not at the location when I arrived. The owner's wife had no clue on how to operate the system and made me wait almost an hour until the husband returned to the store. He was irate. Very disappointed!

When I arrived to rent truck, I was told that person who did rentals was not there, even though I had reservation. Took 2 phone calls to customer service to get it resolved. Truck was dirty. Dolly and pads were not inside truck and when I ask, I was told location does not have furniture pads. Bad experience

The reason why I was very up set I call for a car trailer no a actual truck the India guy still charger me for a truck for 2hr $98 and the he throw the key like I was wrong !!!! I broke it down what I said then a lady India believes he’s wife then help me but I still have charge $98 plus $58 can’t understand the reason how this ppl can get alway with simple thing the reaso I stay and try to order is that my wife was broke down in the street!!!! Pick up was fine. Drop off was awful. Dropped trailer in empty space and attempted to complete drop off inside. Clerk did not speak English and was unclear on what she wanted other than she wanted it moved elsewhere because no man was there. I could not move trailer anywhere close to where it was because there was a bbq trailer set up. I returned through the website and that was much easier than trying to communicate with someone who doesn't speak English.

Location is also a Gas Station. Lone attendant could only serve Rentals when Gas customer finished UNTIL help arrived. Spent a bit more time there than I wanted.

Location is also a gas station. Only 1 attendant to serve both gas customers and rental clients when I arrived. Had to wait until rental representative was available to complete pickup.
