MARK GThis location is what saved U-Haul from getting 1 star! He was on his day off and doing some work around his building when he noticed I'd been there for sometime trying to use your 24/7 service. I won't go into detail on that nightmare (fyi- I'm not an idiot when it comes to tech) but I will say that I will only go back to him to rent in the future.

Rebecca FUHaul did not make date changes as requested. Trucks were NOT ready when it was time to pick-up. System had notes saying I was picking-up per the date and I received email confirmation. But the pick-up date in system was wrong. Luckily the person at this location was able to get me one truck.
Sandra SInclude an adjustable seat height so I don't have to sit on a cushion to see where I am in the road. A three-inch cushion made all the difference in the world in ease of driving and driving safety. I am 5' 7". Metal hoods on the internal side rails are a must.
Bruce LDavid was amazing in his assistance with me as I had to navigate waiting for my house to close and empty my Uhaul truck.
Laurie WIt was told to us that this truck was sitting in a field for over a month and was filthy. The truck was absolutely trashed from top to bottom, inside and out! The truck was riding rough, shaking when idling, and shimmied when going over a certain speed. The attendant that checked this truck out to us was super nice and knowledgable and was very accommodating in helping us complete the reservation.

Mark SWhen I went to pick up the truck I made a comment to the guy that it was dirty. He blew it off and said well you were lucky to even get equipment right now. I then got a quarter of the way to my destination and the check engine light comes on. This was a terrible experience and the Hayden location seems to not care at all.

Tyler CThe employees at this location left a note on the door stating they were leaving early at 3pm. I arrived at the store at 2:45 and they were already gone so I didn't get the chance to talk to anyone.
Drew DOnline rental staff should be aware of availability of the hours of picking up a vehicle at ALL locations. The information given wasn't applicable at the locationed assigned to us for pick up. We had to wait 4 hours in an area 2 hours away from our home.

Jim HI booked my pick up with this location for 4:30, since the posted hours were 9-5. I get a call at 2pm telling me that they actually close at 4, and I need to come pick it up ASAP. Get down there about 3:30, get the trailer hooked up to our truck with no problems at all. The next day, I drop the trailer off at 4:30, which is the time I had scheduled to drop it off with U-Haul. The guy showed me where to park the trailer, so I dropped it off in that spot, and left. Well, I just got a bill for an additional 2 rental periods, the bill says that I took the trailer for 3 days and I got charged an additional $80. I've now paid $120 for a one day 6x12 trailer rental, and I'm absolutely livid. Now I've got to try to get my money back from this sheister neighborhood U-Haul dealer... Just want I wanted to have to do to wrap up my move, thanks U-Haul.
