Everything about this place was horrible. The inside of the truck had glass all in it. The gas tank was not full. Horrible location.

Expedite the check-in process. Allow customers to quickly pickup/drop-off. Clone your field person (Mr. Soleiman) at this location. He is professional and safety-minded. Hid contributions to the experience shouldn't go unnoticed.

1. I received no instruction on the vehicle such as no power windows, locks or sideview mirrors. As a woman driving alone it took 20 min to get the sideview mirrors right. 2. My gas tank was not completely full. I was below 7/8 after just 44 miles. 3. After leaving gas station, the A/C stopped working. That added over an hour on my 5 hr trip. Roadside assistance was very helpful and found me a mechanic who fixed the problem.

Your truck was dirty inside but the real problem was the cargo front area had a roof leaking, it had been raining. We had a truck full of toys we collected from a toy dive for the Houston Police Blue Santa Program. The location where we received the truck did not give us any advice on the situation . Photo was taken of the toys damaged. Please advise on our situation.

I was called the day before pick up to change the location which was very short notice, even though it was still close to my place. During that call, the U-Haul rep confirmed that all ordered equipment was available. At time of pickup, only 6 out of 24 furniture pads were available, and no dolly. The rep also wanted to charge 40$ for insurance instead of the 28$, as agreed on the contract. He was very helpful and nice, though. The truck was quite old, but functional.

specifically ordered blankets. Arrived and there were no blankets available. I was under a time crunch, so I had to go and buy blankets. The parking was sketchy in regard to the building location. The India male owner was rude, but the wife was very kind.

I had to clean the uhaul out when I picked it up and i was charged an astronomical fee for doing over mileage, but was told if I needed it adjusted it could've been done free of charge, even still I was charged for over a hundred bucks additionally

Poor condition facility. Everything around was dirty. Not personnel to help you understand the process. It doesn't feel safe to be at the location.

The truck was absolutely filthy the windshield was so covered with bugs that I had to wash the windows before I could start on my drive. The inside of the cab was absolutely disgusting with food on the floors the caps two liquor bottles and it stunk of weed. There was also liquids spilled and dried all over the inside of the cab. I was also required to pay for the 10 moving pads that I was supposed to get for free. when I also needed to rent a van but the van was for a day rental while the truck was for one-way long-distance they screwed up my reservation so that when it was time to drop off the truck rental it kept telling me to drop it off in Houston which was a 13 Hour Dr. away and my original city. there were so many more problems with this location

They charged me for a re fuel fee. I requested that someone reach out to me, due to my feelings that I refueled the vehicle to the appropriate level indicated on the gas gauge. No one has contacted me.

They need to work on picking up the phone better. Pick it up until your closing time. I called repeatedly at 5:45-6pm to ask about late drop off and nobody ever picked up.

Make sure that everything one orders with their reservation is there. I ordered moving blankets and a utility dolly. Neither were there. No effort by management to make it right....AND I WAS CHARGED FOR BOTH ITEMS!

Vehicle serial numbers were in the back of the vehicles. I had to go around in the bushes at night to find my vehicle. Also the locks were rusty and took a lot of effort to open

Uhaul did not have the truck at the location I had picked. Was forced to go to this location. They did not have any moving blankets even though I had reserved them. Had to drive to another uhaul location to rent some moving blankets separately.

I rented three times here because of location only. First two times seemed OK. Yesterday though I just have to ask/complain/question. Every single time that I have ever rented a car or trunk I'm told to bring it back on full or charged a set rate. Got it. Yesterday I get in the trunk and it is less then a quarter full. I walk back in and question it. He says bring it back the same. That just is not right nor does it make sense. If you rent and in a very short time have to stop during your rental time to not run out of gas, then again at the end to make sure it is at a quarter full. It is not easy filling up to where it is just a quarter full vs filling it. You should not do that to a customer and I for one will walk away if it should ever happen again. DON'T DO THIS TO A CUSTOMER. Also the truck was or sounded like it was on its last legs. Sounded like it was not going into the next gear, revving up the whole time. Sad experience all around.

I ordered 3 dozen furniture blankets on my truck rental and was told when I picked up truck they had NONE. I truck other uhaul dealers nearby but none could help. I had to move entire house with no blankets to protect my furniture.

Overall, the location was okay, and the people were helpful. However, the trucks were all in a dirt lot next to the shop that was very muddy and poorly maintained. The truck I ended up getting was in the farthest area of the lot, and I nearly got stuck in the mud trying to drive it out. Not ideal in the least.

The office should open on time and not 5 minutes late. Also the office help arrived 10 minutes AFTER the office was opened. When you have reserved a truck for only 4 hours, every minute counts. The door on the driver's side had to be slammed hard to stay closed. The truck rattled and sounded very rickety.

Bad customer service. The owner was rude and grumpy. I'm addition, dolly was charged double, which caused me discomfort since I had to call Uhaul for them to refund the extra money they had charged me.

This location should not be a Uhaul dealer. First. they store their trucks and vans in a rocky lot. Not safe or secure. Second I am pretty sure the staff there added more miles to what I have driven so they can get more money out of me. Lucky for me, it was a small amount so the total was not significant but still. Staff there don't seem to care, doing too many things at the same time. I was not shown what vehicle was mine to use during my rental, had to go out on the lot myself and just search for my equipment. Not professional at all. Stay away if possible.

Maintain a professional demeanor and at the very least, make sure the guest is receiving what they ordered. It is not acceptable to be told to run around the city of Houston to find stores with available equipment. No one helped contact these stores to check for us, instead just directed we “drive around”.

The gas was not on 15/16ths and I let the gentleman know but he said it was ok. When I returned the van back I put it back on what it was on. I only drove 10 miles so he made me pay for 3 gallons which is impossible with only going 10 miles. I feel like he purposely did it to just charge me extra.

Tires on the trailer were mostly bald and likely not legal. Thankfully, they held up for my rental term. The folks at Heights Auto were very nice and helpful.

Overall very disappointing. The location looks one step above a dump next to a bayou which meant on top of mosquitos everywhere there was also mud to contend with that made everything dirty inside and out. The ownership is clearly used to this, everything was dingy inside the office, and the trucks were covered in dirt. the first truck wouldn't start, and the check engine light was on. The second truck still had someone's belongings in it and the bay door wouldn't shut. It took over an hour to sort out and then I had little confidence that they had the paperwork right.

Maybe don't let random convenience stores in the middle of a bad neighborhood with absolutely no gates or protection for your equipment become an authorized entity of your company. Then we wouldn't have had to scramble to find a much smaller uhaul that actually still had its catalytic converters.

Had rented furniture blankets online but when I arrived I was not informed they had none and was allowed to drive off with no warning or apology that they were unavailable. I tried to go back a get them because I did not know they were unavailable and attendant was unhelpful and unapologetic. These items were crucial to my move

Only thing I would note is that the drop off location is pretty small and there was a heavy amount of traffic. So for anyone nervous about that should be aware. But the gentleman working there were nice and helpful.
