Drop this location as fast as possible. The location was difficult to get to due to poor directions. More than one customer had issues finding it. The name on the sign did not match the name on the website. Once there the customers were low priority. The storage facility for the equipment was unsecured, allowing for damage or theft at the renter's expense since there was no one to take possession of the returned equipment.NEILL C.

The address provided to me for pickup was incorrect. The equipment I rented (dolly/blankets) were unavailable. When picking up the Uhaul, we were given the keys but then had to call someone to move another Uhaul truck that was blocking us from getting the truck we rented. The guy at checkout was nice but the overall experience was stressful and chaotic.LAURA LEIGH W.

When you have to prepay for miles and I estimate 40 miles and only use 9 I should have been refunded the 31 miles at the 1,09 $ per mile I paid. Was told I'd get an email and never did. Cannot recommend this location. Employee was very polite, but getting charged for miles unused is a total ripoff.JOSEPH D.
The truck was not in the best shape but looked ok from a distance. The driver door did not close well and various warning lights would come on. Included tire inflation (after blowout) airbag and for part of the trip engine light.DANIEL G.

An improvement would be to have the reserved truck ready to just get into and use. I had to wait for office to open and then took time to get the vehicle moved (others were blocking it) and then get going. I had movers waiting for me so I needed/expected to simply pick up the keys and go.Mary B.
The website lists this location as open on Sunday, It was not. A mechanic's shop was taking care of the business and nobody seemed to know how to check in a truck. The fuel gauge was in the exact place it was when I picked it up, yet they charged me for gas. What a crock. I had a place picked out that is large, open on Sunday and was near where I unloaded. But, the personnel at Uhaul told me to take it here instead.JAMES S.
Charged me for an extra dolly. When I called, they refunded to cash instead of the card, which means that I never saw the refund. Not worth calling again, pretty sure that this is the way they do business. The good news, I use to get my car/motorcycle inspected there and those days are over.SCOTT B.
This location has a big lot for the area but it is always muddy and that is one reason the trucks are dirty. The owners of this location have not figured out customer service so don't expect help or questions answered willing. I know they have been representing Uhaul for a while but seem to not know very much about the Uhaul app or care about the customer at all.ROBERT M.

Terrible service. Truck was parked on a hill in the mud. They handed me keys and told me to go get the truck. Truck was filthy inside and out. I asked them to clean it and pull it off the hill. They did not clean. My ride was told to leave by the owner making faces and shooing her off. Super rude.Rubina A.

This location is not going to have equipment ready. They will leave you to go find unit and not offer to help. Then unit was behind another one so no way to get it out. Had to wait for them to get keys and move. Completely unhelpful!Carol R.
Horrible experience. The app check in process was a pain. I ordered furniture blankets which I was charged for but did not receive. It was very very inconvenient to have to find blankets that had been packed to use around furniture.Sean O.

Next time you could include everything on the reservation. The truck I picked up from this location didn't have the equipment that was requested in the reservation. I had to drive to multiple uhaul locations just to pickup an appliance dolly. Terrible experience. Save your time and money. I wouldn't rent from here again l.Andrew P.
Individual renting out the U-haul was 10 minutes late. That's me getting my u-haul 10 minutes later than my reservation time. Lateness aside, he was quick at dealing with the multiple customers waiting for their pickup and easy to deal with.DEAN D.

Original pickup location 20 miles from my house said when I arrived, they no longer were in Uhaul business. Second location instructions to location were wrong. I found location after giving up by driving into a field of Uhaul trailers off Durham streetARTHUR W.
The listed address was difficult to locate by GPS. Needs to be updated. Also having a drop off location close to destination would have been more efficient. Example, my destination was 12336 Gulf Freeway Houston, TX 77034. My drop off location was way past many other U-Haul locations, while there was one only five minutes away.BENJAMIN R.

The people were perfectly fine. I tried to pick up the truck through the mobile app but the person wouldn't let me get it because he couldn't call my fiancÃ© or something. The truck was junk, it kept pulling to the right and went into skids three times. If I wasn't used to them from driving up north, that thing would have flipped.HOWARD B.

I was overcharged, the rep at the location made me scan my DL again, and almost made me pay for the service again although I prepaid and mentioned 5 times that I am ther for mobile pickup. Also He tried to charge me 100 % tax on rope. The first truck I was given did not have a door lock.JIMMY C.

There was no signage indicating it was u haul, it's located between two one way streets so it's not easy to back track. The gave me a vehicle that would not start, it took at least 30 minutes to pick up a truck. The communication was very poorPam D.
The uHaul website told us we could pick up at 8am. The location doesn't open until 9am. The owner didn't show up until around 9:15am. There was no apology for being late. A couple of people were checked out in front of us, so we didn't get out until 9:45am. So, we were running almost 2 hours behind schedule.MARY H.

The truck was clean but had a scraping metallic sound from the engine when accelerating. On the lot, it was parked between another truck and a tree with less than 12" on either side. I was able to get it out ok but many people would have trouble. It would be nice for the staff to bring the truck to the customer if they have to park it in such tight conditions.Mary E.

A customer should never be emailed by the recovery department bc the agent did not check the trailer back in after drop off. It wasted my time and energy to have to prove that I returned the trailer. Very unprofessional and poor service. This location is run poorly and would never recommend to someone. It has tarnished my opinion of Uhaul as a company.JONATHAN B.

Reserved a dolly and moving blankets for touch-less pickup. They were not in the truck. Had to go into the office to pick it up and they were out of any blankets despite Uhaul CSR confirming by phone that they had all the supplies.Paul K.

This was the most disgusting UHaul place I've ever been in - dirty, and the stench was unbearable. Not to mention the woman was very flippant about not having the packing blankets i'd pre ordered. Fat lot of good a refund did me when I was loading.Laurie G.
The only recommendation I can give is to make it easier for individuals to maneuver the vehicles out of the lot. Upon picking up our truck, I had to request another truck be moved and had to back our truck up into the middle of the lot. It wasn't terribly difficult for me but I can see it being more difficult for others who aren't as familiar driving a vehicle of this size.Christopher M.

The trucks are stored in a muddy field. Mud all over the inside and kicks up tons of rocks from the mud driving down the road. Missing license plate and a damaged ignition that cut my hand it was so difficult to turn. * my original reservation was for a downtown location which canceled in my two days prior. I booked a month ahead of time. I'll pay for mover next time.daymond S.
The only improvement would be to improve the lot the vehicles are parked in. The day I picked up my vehicle (which was very clean) the ground was muddy and I very quickly got the vehicle dirty and my shoes had to be cleaned before I could walk in my house. I did not receive the dolly I reserved with my order. When I called to see if I could pick one up they didn't even have one to offer me. This caused GREAT issues when moving. I received notification the other day that I have been reimbursed the 7$ for the failed rental equipment however, since UHAUL did not follow through with their promise of my reserved equipment I'm disappointed that's all they reimbursed. THEN, after we started driving the UHAUL ANTS - LOTS OF ANTS - started crawling ALL OVER US. They swarmed our bodies including our necks and faces. At one point, this almost caused us to crash because the driver was trying to get them off his body. We returned the truck and I disputed the charges however, I have YET to hear from a UHAUL representative. I'm willing to understand mistakes. I understand things are not always perfect. I have to say, I'm downright disgusted and disappointed with UHAUL right now because I haven't received a simple apology nor any show of apathy for the two major mistakes they made this past weekend. I haven't received a phone call and the time I called UHAUL I had to wait an hour to speak with someone. If you didn't have a dolly available, call me and tell me before I pick up my equipment so I can prepare. Disappointed.James D.
