Good for dropping off only, though confusing and not many sign. Would be helpful to have more signs as to the location of the key drop off

Truck was fine. But Auto Transport had strap snap and the person helping did not want to change transports. Had to re-do straps 1/8th of the way into the trip because the employee did not strap in sufficiently. Used broken chain that was not discovered until return of equipment.

Address for location is not correct. Had to google location to find pickup spot. When checking in, was just handed key and pointed to the lot. Show customers where the van is parked. Check in process was incorrect and I was charged for fuel despite refilling van prior to drop off. Will not use again.

A bit uninviting and confusing on the process to return items (i.e. knowing that there is an office building next door to the truck lot). The manager was very helpful though.

The location was difficult to find and the storefront itself was unwelcoming and dark. The entire online process for renting was a confusing disaster. The trucks were in a muddy, rocky field, just totally unsecured, which is where I had to leave MY car. The employees were all very nice and I do want to emphasize that, but the location, process and overall experience were not.

They were over an hour late for our 9am reservation, did not answer phonecalls, left the truck in disgusting condition (there was feces in the back), they did not give us the rebate for being late on the truck, they refused to serve us even though we were first in line due to being racist towards the white college teens that just walked in and cut everyone in line. If I could serve a civil lawsuit I absolutely would.

My pick up time was 9AM, there were gentlemen there but no one could help. Finally the man who could actually do something showed up at 9:50, with no apology, and seemingly very upset that there was a line of 6 patrons that had all been waiting there at 9. Very unprofessional. The trailer was clean inside but no one there helping what so ever.

Did not have the furniture dollys I had reserved.never received a clear drop off destination on my 1 way move. Phone service was over a 45 minute wait. So I just picked my own drop off location and was charged an additional $20 for an after hour drop off. Poor customer service

The location was not a good one. I picked up in Missouri City close to sugarr land. I only travelled 10 minutes for what I needed the rental yet they sent me all the way down town to drop off the uhaul. Makes absolutely no since. On top of that I was dropping off after hours. The location does not have lights on the street or a clear name on the building so I was guessing if I even dropped it off at the correct location. Further more I tried calling to get in touch with someone 3 times and the wait was more than an 1hour long and then when they finally said you are connected I had to wait an additional time. If I were stranded on the side of the road you have to go online to request for help and then what wait again? You need to work on the drop off procedure in my opinion.

Vehicle interior was not clean, right front tire was low and needed to be replaced once I loaded the truck. Tire pressures were likely not checked before I took ownership of the rental.

The straps for securing the front wheels of the vehicle on the trailer were not long enough to even reach the rachet device. I had to compensate on the fly by cutting up a tow strap.

We paid extra to have our car hooked up to the tow dolly. When we got to Fort Collins and dropped off the dolly, we found it was not connected correctly. A key safety wire that would activate the brakes if the dolly was disconnected was not connected.

Truck had a lock on it & location had to search for it. Staff seemed to be trying to do too many things at once, not focused. Original pick up location did not have equipment. Pick up was changed however I never received notification. Showed up to original location then had to go to final location

The location had plenty of space to drop off the trailer, it is not well lit at night so it took a little longer to locate the lot.

Whole ordered was messed up by UHAUL. I picked up A 10 foot box truck on Sunday and dropped it off the same day however when I got to the drop off location it said that the truck had to be dropped off where I picked it up which was incorrect. After two days I called uhaul to make sure everything was okay and they said yes and by the end of the day I had an extra $60 charge. Truck was fine but the experience was not

They are good guys. However whenever I reserve from this location in the morning they are coming late and telling reasons (traffic, accident on road etc). They should be more precise to be on time.

There is no way to differentiate a one way contract vs in-town contract on the website when reserving. Because of this, I ended up paying over $50 more than what I should have even though I tried to change it before the rental started. Prior to picking up the rental (before start of the contract), I called U-Haul to change my drop off location to something closer to my destination. I was told I need to pick up the truck FIRST, then call back 15 minutes after to change drop off location. I confirmed this again before hanging up. I picked up the truck and called back. I was then told there was nothing they could do to change drop off location because I already picked up the truck, and the contract is already locked in. Why was I being told 2 different things? I ended up having to drive 35 extra miles back to drop off, meaning I had to pay over $50 more due to mileage and gas. Seems like U-Haul is trying to scam their customers by locking them into contracts. I would not have picked up the truck if I had known I had to drive it back to the same location to begin with. On top of that, the truck did not have working brake lights (dangerous), and the check engine light was on. Will never recommend U-Haul to anyone.

The truck had 87 000 mikes on and was filthy. Radio didn't work. Had 1/4 of a tank and he did not tell me. Will never go back there.

I was charge for insurance after I explicitly said no insurance. Once I brought it to the attention of the clerk they said that they would have to fix it at the end of my reservation. I got back at the end of my reservation and they said that there was nothing that they could do. The equipment was rusted and the handle wasn't working properly it was just a total disarray. I have used U-Haul for years and this is the worst experience I've ever had.

Wish there was more gravel in the parking yard due to a lot of mud everywhere. Also did not like that half of the yard was closed and was difficult parking the large 26' truck with only one direction to go and trailers placed everywhere the large truck could have parked.

Attendant to help with the trailer didn't speak English. There was a nail in one of the tires on the trailer. Had to get uhaul roadside assistance to help get a new tire put on.

This location had no dollys or blankets. So I had to go to a different uhaul location on my moving day to rent them on a separate contract. It was a big inconvenience.

Muddy inside the cargo van. Plug for lighter/USB cell charger didn't work on drivers side. Address given by U haul rep. for this location didn't match the address on the building nor did the name match.

The employees were 30 minutes late opening up for business, and that was after phone calls made to inquire why they weren't open. The truck has a defective passenger side mirror. Also, the truck had 1/4 tank of gas so we had to fill up before we even got started.

I was sent to this location after the original location I was supposed to go to that was confirmed guaranteed by the U-HAUL representative that contacted me a day before did not have the truck I had reserved, I was sent 7 miles away to this location, the first dolly they gave me had lights that didn't work and they refused to give me the $50 credit I was promised for having to take 2 extra hours and drive across town. Once I arrived the person they had setting up the vehicles had me back the truck into the tow dolly which he screamed at me about as well. This was absolutely the worst maintained and poorest service I have seen from any rental outlet. This makes me never want to rent from U-Haul again.

After the “technician” hooked up my the trailer to my SUV, I walked over and pulled up on the trailer tongue and it completely came off. He never twisted the cam lock on the hitch ball. Trailer install 101 complete failure. Not the first time I've had this happen, but was another location. If there was another option I wouldn't use Uhaul.

The equipment was faulty. This location charged me for an extra day. I was out of money that I didn't plan to spend for food clothing and hygiene essentials. The location was not sympathetic for their mistake at all. I am still waiting on the Regional Managers phone call.

Nothing. We dropped off the truck in a random muddy lot and signed out via Uhaul app and dropped the keys in the box. I left the furniture pads in the back of the truck because I was provided zero direction with what to do with them.

This location didn't have a customer service center or a drop off box for the keys. I had to call another store and their only option was for me to find another uhaul location to return the key to. I will have to call this location during normal business hours to find out what to do with the key that I wasn't able to turn in
