Monica PIf you're looking to get you a U-Haul rental, look no further. Needed a trailer late in the day and waited on me to get there to rent & get. Next day , needed one to move a car and BAM!!! again, hooked me up and waited after hours so I didn't have to keep the trailer over night. Completely professional and the pricing is spot on.
edik cthe office was way in the back at a house where you could not see it and there were no signs pointing to it, when i found it the room he used for a office was filthy and the desk was coved with old food wrappers The guy did help me un hook the trailer.

Jerry WThis was not the location we selected, first and foremost, the location was changed by U-Haul. The employee called my wife the day before to confirm and was very rude to her and kept asking if she knew for sure what a 2 inch trailer ball was. Due to the rudeness on the phone, I went to pick up the trailer and I'm glad I did because I would not have felt comfortable with my wife going to this location. The location was in a house, the house was filthy and smelled of animal droppings. The employee was very rude and degrading even to myself who is a 6 foot, 250 pound man, I couldn't imagine how poorly he'd have treated my wife had she gone. I would have feared for her safety. It took 45 minutes for me to get the trailer, despite doing all the pre-checkin paperwork online. We finished with the trailer early and I went to drop it off before Church and the location was closed and had no way to drop-off, I had to call U-Haul to find out what to do. Finally, the employee came out of his house and opened the gate, apparently they opened at 11 and I was there at 10:15. I was again not told that I could not drop-off early. We went a uhual every 6 months for an event that my wife has to transport items too and have never had such a horrible experience. This location should not be allowed to be a U-Haul authorized dealer.
Caitlin WGet a new manager. The guy running the franchise was rude and creepy to my wife. Later the next week when I returned the trailer, he was rude and obnoxious to me. He was cussing and aggressive toward me to the point where I had to get loud and aggressive to get him to back down. I actually felt threatened and would never go back there.
Florence YI rented a cargo van from this facility. The man who helped me was very friendly and very helpful he explained the mileage and the prices and broke it down to where we understood. He also had some dogs on the property They were so friendly and so cute. I definitely recommend going to this property it was the best U-Haul facility that I have been in a long time.

Peter mVery small filthy office along with 3 dogs in it, barely enough room to step in the door. The inside of the truck was soak and wet (not damp). The truck did not have a ramp either. Was completely useless to us moving when we saw it was wet and no ramp. When I called to notify the office he was rude, wanted to trade the truck with another location approximately 15 miles away but I'd have to pay mileage for both trucks and pay the upgrade for a larger truck too plus return the truck to the pick up location 15 miles away. Did not use the truck at all, returned it the same condition and drove 6 miles total (office to house then back to office). Was charged a total of $79 for a $19,99 truck. Complete waste of money and time with no cooperation from company or corporate of uhaul either. Will never again use uhaul or recommended them to anyone. Very disgusted with customer service experience, the truck itself, and this specific location. Not worth a single penny!!! Never again!!
