We were glad that this facility was able to accommodate and provide a truck for our needs on a spur of the moment. However, extremely sad that the facility in Marshfield didn't have a truck for us there as promised. I've been renting from U-haul for many many years and never had an experience like this. The rental truck that was supposed to be available in Marshfield wasn't there, we had to get one from a neighboring town. We showed up at the Auburndale facility at 9 a.m. and no one was to be found. I called the facility and twice I was told the man was on the way. We were finally checked at 9:52. almost one hour past the original time. The truck had less than a tank of gas, and garbage in the back of the truck and in the cabin. We were 1 hour set back to load, then another 30 minutes to stop and fill up with gas. Then after making the 2 1/2 hour drive and arrival at the Janesville facility where we were told we would get one-month free rent for a storage unit. This was awesome news "accept" all of the storage units are located on the 2nd floor and best yet "no" elevator. After loading everything downstairs and into the truck to arrive at the destination and to unload and taking them back upstairs was unthinkable. The lady that sold the unit to me on the phone, she should probably have mentioned that this storage space is upstairs with no elevator. I've not experienced this much disappointment with U-haul ever. I'm not sure how I can recommend U-haul after this whole experience.
GLORIA CVery disappointed that no one was there to receive truck. I called ahead and waited and no return call or anyone came in the 30 minutes I spent going thru online check in system. It was cold that day but NO response from anyone at Auburndale location. And no acknowledgement of return days that followed !!
MIKE CMyron was very professional and helpful. I had a very pleasant experience dealing with him. I will highly recommend him to anyone needing any type of UHaul services.

Justin WMr Kolbeck was very helpful I will return to this location for my needs in the future. There is a u haul location a little closer to me but upon calling them only recieved answering machine, I left my number but never received a call back. Mr Kolbeck went above and beyond to help me, even called me on Sunday to help me get a trailer. I will be needing a truck rental in the future, does u haul provide him with that equipment also?

Eric PI was willing to drive an extra hour to be able to rent the trailer on a Sunday. he was able to help me in my son's time of need so we could get his disabled car home. and i appreciate that he also was able to help me when i showed up 3 hours before my scheduled time. note i ordered the trailer at midnight.
Arnold HHeritage Rentals helped us again. We used then before and the service was fantastic . No waiting, truck was set to go and we were on the road in no time.
