The drop off and pick locations were just fine, but I reserved my U-Haul in Corvallis Oregon and was sent to Sweet Home Oregon to pick it up. That is 44 minutes each way, for a total of 90 extra minutes of driving and cost of gas. I'm VERY UNHAPPY with the time it took to pickup the rental. Next time I will be looking at other vendors.

ROBERT L.Don't lie to your customers. I called to extend our time because our house was being worked on and we couldn't move in yet. The lady I talked to said there wouldn't be an extra charge. You guys charged us over 300 dollars for extended time even though I was told there wouldn't be an extra charge. And you charged us for fuel when the tank was at half when we started driving it and it was at 3/4 when we returned it. We are never renting from Uhaul again.

ADOLPH PAUL E.This was a long process because it was the 5th location I was sent to. The 1st location which would have been the closest was out of business even while I had made a reservation for that location. The next place I was sent to only had 1 vehicle and that was a 24' truck. The 3rd location was not to be found at the address given. None of the locations answered the phone call. The 4th location I found by driving past it. They didn't have what I needed but they did know where I could get the right trailer.
