Received less than a 1\4 tank of gas and wasn't even told! I quit smoking and 8 years ago and it was horrible driving with cigarette butts in the ashtray. I may not rent from U-Haul period after this experience!!

I desperately needed a uhaul and was overcharged before I could leave the parking lot. The charges to my card were calculated to keep my deposit. There are alot of people who get crossed up screwed over for lack of knowledge. Who knew what was really gonna happen nobody has integrity anymore. Rotten people robbing people just to insult my intelligence is personally absolutely not a mistake. I won’t ever be doing any business with Garfield marothon ever in life.

Why the location was ok the Uhaul company charged me over $35.00 for 6 miles when I paid $39.?? For 10 miles on a 19.00 truck so ridiculously unfair and don't send me a receipt or email of it.. I would not recommend using uhaul

The location I went to was having some technical difficulties but a call to Uhaul customer service was quick and easy to fix the problem. I also called customer service after the move for some billing questions and I didn’t have to wait long to talk to someone even in a busy Saturday.

This was the 4th time we used this location to rent a UHaul and we have always had excellent service. Reserving the date and size of truck we needed online speeded up the process. The trucks have always been clean and in good running condition. This location seems to be a busy one, but we were always taken care of by the Marathon employee making sure all of our information was correct and explaining the billing process. We will definitely use this location again!

The truck was in poor condition. The attendant didn’t know how to run the uHaul POS. They tried to insist that I had to make a cash deposit of $100 and asked me to use their ATM. I refused until they accepted taking my card through the uHaul POS. That was the first time they tried to rip me off. The truck was given to me with the fuel tank on empty and I returned it with 1/4 tank. They processed the rental as starting with 1/4 and ending with 1/8. So they ripped me off. Do not go to this location. They will rip you off.

Employees were not knowledgeable about the payment process and it was clear. First I was told there would be a deposit, but then I wasn’t charged one and only charged for base price and estimated miles. When returning the truck, I was told I would be charged for base price and actual mileage. No explanation could be provided as to why. A very negative experience would not rent at this location in the future.

when I got there I couldn't even park because there were people just sitting in their cars hanging out. kids standing infront of the store asking for money. the store clerk didn't even check on the truck. he made me take pictures of the mileage and gas gage. then I had to wait another 20 minutes for him to check me out. he barely speaked English!! I asked them what I was getting charged for going over mileage and he said he didn't know. check my email!!!!!!!

The truck needs major maintenance. To go straight the wheel has to be turned 80 degrees. The driver side door was all banged up. The driver seat belt did not work. We ordered 12 moving blankets and only 2 were in the truck. We got our money back for the blankets. The mirrors wouldn't move so we could not see out of them. If we had to drive more than 40 miles total, we would have returned the truck and gone to a different location. The truck had many other damages that were listed on the receipt. It was a complete nightmare. We will never use this location again. We will only go to actual U-Haul stores.

The person on duty had not been trained on your system. They had no idea how we had completed the contract via mobile app. They had poor communication skills and spent 1/2 hour on the phone with someone else trying to access our confirmation. The app was great. The truck was in great shape!

As far as trash it was trash free but the cab was sticky had nasty cup holders. The one man acted very aggressive verbally and stormed around yelling and when i was waiting to get gas he pulled the door open un announced and reached in the cab scaring the crap out of me i had no clue who he was at first. The men at the facility were rude and talked very aggressively i can see if it was just a normal gas station but as uhaul representatives it was very unpleasant and unprofessional. I will never use this location again which is really unfortunate because it is the one closest to me. The one man in a playing manner with another customer was yelling racist slurs and the customer was laughing but it made everyone else in the building very uncomfortable.

The truck was dirty, it overheated several time and this was the fourth Uhaul location i went to. The first location was Miles (I reservered the wrong size), i was sent to a second location the truck catalytic converter was cut off (I am not sure why they kept it active to reserve), the thord location was downtown ( totally out the way) and the fourth location was just as bad. No gas on the truck....no dollie i requested. Just a horrible experience.

This agent OVERCHARGED me on mileage. I went a total of 14 miles. The agent charged me for 30. The agent never went outside to verify the mileage on the truck. Ever. The only time the agent looked at the truck was upon my return. He was very disrespectful and rude when I had questions about the mileage and threatened me on multiple occasions when u asked him how he was charging my credit card. He did everything on his phone rather than a register so now he has my cc saved into his cell phone. I will NEVER utilize UHaul again, especially when I called their customer service and submitted this complaint (no one ever called me back despite a promise to do so). I will ensure that everyone that I know hears about this experience.

When I went to pick up the uhaul the guy was unprofessional and seemed bothered by helping me, when I went to return the uhaul the girl was more friendly and courteous, but I must say when i stated I was returning the uhaul and explain my issue regarding uhaul, she immediately got on her phone texting, I had to ask are you attempting to contact the manager or just doing something else on your phone and then she should me she was assisting me on uhaul app on her phone, the professional thing would have to tell me upfront i'm helping you via my phone. but she was nice and courteous otherwise.

The vehicle check engine light was on, upon arrival to pick up the vehicle the previous renters hadn’t returned it yet, and I was told we could go to another location to get the size we wanted or else pay extra for a larger truck. I tried contacting you customer service but that took too long and this was already making is late to our scheduled destination. Bad experience, and cost more than wanted to spend. Did I say bad experience? I feel I should have gotten larger size which I didn’t want at same cost, with some offset for the extra gas a larger truck would use. When I swept out truck afterwards I cleaned up someone else’s debris too.

The truck had live wires on the front dash. I did inform the gentleman about it and he said don't worry about it. He was very rude and unprofessional when I informed him the dolly was never put on the truck. I told him I thought it would be on the truck, placed by an employee of uhaul. I was dressed in heels and a dress, and informed him I had not been informed that I needed to put one on the truck. He rudely replied, "They're right outside the door you should have seen it." It took a very long time to attempt to take the 7.00 charge off of my account. After 30 minutes, he said he would just give me the 7.00. I was also charged an additional 28.00. When I asked to see a receipt to review the charges, he said it was emailed to me, and slammed the glass between us. His customer service is horrific.

I went in on 07/26/18 to reserve a uhaul truck for 08/05/18. I received my email confirmation of the reservation. When I went to get the uhaul I was informed that I had no reservation and that I was not in their system at all. At first the clerk was not helpful at all, stating, "I don't know what to tell you". He finally decided to let me rent the uhaul but I had to have it back that day by 5:00 pm. My original reservation was for 24 hours of use. I had to rush and make sure that I was able to get all of my moving done and get the truck back by 5:00 pm. Though I was able to eventually get the truck to use, it was time consuming and frustrating to have my reservation "disappear" and have to go through the whole process again. I was lucky that they had a truck there for me to rent. I, however, will not rent from this location again since my reservation can not be guaranteed even after I received an email confirmation of a reservation. I will not recommend this location to anyone either.

From my experience in using u haul, someone actually walked out and went over everything with you. Not tell you to take a picture and show it to them. I thought that was very lazy of them !!!! Or is that the new way of business??

I went to this location because it was close and I only needed the truck to pickup a rollaway desk I bought so when I went in the salesman said they all had a pullout for loading and I said ok and wanted the smallest truck then he went to do the paperwork and he had no clue how to use your program he kept calling someone and I even typed my information on the computer because he was not understanding how to do it then after a half hour he finally got it and asked cash or credit and since I only needed it for about a two hours I told him cash and he said 100 dollars for a deposit and would subtract what I owed when coming back,so I went to the truck and it had no ramp after he said they all did so I went back in and said just give me my money back and he refused saying the owner was on the way in 10 to 15 minutes so after 20 minutes the owner never showed and the clerk didn’t care and told me if I didn’t like it call the cops but I waited a minute and the owner or so called owner on the phone told me he will get there when he gets there and said go ahead and call the fn police and go f—k yourself !! The customer support at this location was absolutely terrible. I rented a trailer around 10:30 June 21st until 7:00, but called at 5:30 to see about keeping it until the next morning. The person I spoke to said the rentals are for 24 hours and I could bring it back the next day with no problem. When I return it June 22nd, the owner was extremely rude and said there's nothing he could do and flatly told me what he would be charging. I explained what was told to me the day before and he just said I was wrong or misunderstood what the guy said which is definitely not the case. The people working there have no idea how the policy works and I ended up eating an extra charge because of their incompetence. I'll never go back to this location and am very upset with this experience.

It is a small gas station with limited parking, there was virtually nowhere to leave the trailer I was dropping off.

When we got there our 6x12 trailer was on a incline in the back of the building. He had bricks and stones holding it in place. I had to help him lift this big as trailer in which time it rolled off the hill into the back of my truck and we had to move out the way to avoid being smashed. When we finally got it on there. He didn't even make sure it was fastened to the truck! Thank God I checked it and made him do his job. THEN when I bring it back he wanted me to put it BACK on the dangerous incline and help him get it back off. Needless to say I parked it on pump one and rode out in utter disgust. I will NEVER come back there again.
