Told me to drop keys in box, that they don't do anything else and were of no help. Found out after dropping keys in locked box that I needed pictures of the gas gauge and odometer. They could not unlock the box to get keys out in order to get the pictures. They did not check the truck back in, causing it to appear that I dropped it off late. When, in fact, it was dropped off early.

Easier check in process App didn’t work well

JOSEPH TNo actual uhaul employees work at this location. The people at the general store called uhaul via cell phone and handed it to me to do all the necessary things. But the store employees were very friendly.
