The tow dolly has a damage claim sticker on it and it is damaged yet functional. Tow straps kept coming off. If you are going to offer insurance and claims on that insurance you should take the equipment that has a claimed filed on it and fix it then bring it back into circulation. Not continue to use a piece of equipment you've been paid for by the insurance claim. And continue to offer insurance on the damaged piece of equipment…

Gary TThis U-Haul was filthy on the inside!! There was tobacco everywhere and crumbs of marijuana in the console. When I contacted the secretary at Hicks muffler she acted as if she couldn't care less. Also the U-Haul was on empty when we got it, barely made it to the gas station. I WILL NOT BE RENTING FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN!!!!

Brittley OI rented an appliance dolly & it wasn't included. I had to waste miles driving back to to the location only to tell me they don't have appliance dollies a si le and they send me to another location. I had to waste miles picking up the dolly and returning it. Very disappointed.

Cindy WThe gas tank was only 1/4 full and I was expected to return it 1/2 full. The advertisement for $19/day rental is deceiving. It was $170 for a couple of hours. The van had a strong chemical odor and dog hair all over the seats. Airbag service light came on while I was driving too. Highly disappointed in renting with uhaul.
Katherine HI explained them this morning that I was going to be late bringing the uhaul back to Marty and he started this morning that's fine just have it back by the end of today which is Friday October the and then proceed to start saying he been having An attitude all morning and started going on ! Horrible place I will never use them again!! Stop running uhaul businesses out of mechanic shops because I don't like the way we were treated !

And very poor customer service skills, in every aspect/Not very friendy. we rented a cargo van and signed the paper work, My Husband asked well is it. her remarked was.......we only have one... bad attitude. Next question.....Is it ok to park there, as I pointed out....Her response was.....Is it a parking spot! I wont take my business there anymore.

ROYCE CI don't remember what the man's name was that actually help me with the trailer but he was very accommodating. he said that he was recently hired back and I wish I could remember his name because of him I will be back!!! he stayed even after close to make sure that my car trailer rental was correctly and securely fixed to my truck. everyone there was extremely friendly is just him that I dealt with more one-on-one and he seemed very knowledgeable of what he had to do especially for being a rehire and haven't been there for a year. not the first time I've used U-Haul but definitely the smoothest by far! if I can make one recommendation to U-Haul it's that to keep a hitch on hand for every trailer! I almost missed the rental just because I had to go buy a hitch and a hitch was not able for me to rent I would have paid three times as much as the hitch cost to not have to go get it and risk running out of time past 5:00 and not getting the trailer that I needed. That's crazy to me that you haul is potentially losing a lot of business for not being more accommodating to the customer.

Joshua PThis location and the location at Scotty's did not have Appliance dollies and stated that they have been asking for them for 2 or 3 months now with none provided. Was not made aware of this until I went to check out my U-Haul and was told that I would not have a appliance dolly to help with my move which was a huge inconvenience. My advice is to call the location prior to pick up date to verify equipment availability.
