Thomas B.The location and equipment was great as usual. However, the service itself has never been worse. The "streamlined" online process to rent - which lets you avoid contact with employees in an office setting - has never been more convoluted, complicated, and just plain sluggish. I've regularly used U-Haul just about every month for my small business, and every time the system has changed. This iteration is BY FAR the worst, and I could not in good faith recommend U-Haul to any of my customers or friends. It used to be as simple as completing paperwork ahead of time at home, so that while picking up the truck on-location, all you'd have to do is confirm, read damage waivers and such, then be on your way. Now, since you're forced to do ALL paperwork on location - which is locked by your phone's GPS service - the process takes at least three times as long, and if service is spotty in any of their locations, it becomes next to impossible to actually rent equipment. Couple that with ridiculous, redundant "ID checks" which amount to nothing more than arbitrary phone calls, and you've wasted at least 30-60 minutes, plus navigating a clearly broken, unoptimized, needlessly complicated website masquerading as a sleek app. I could never recommend this iteration to fellow employers, and I will do my best to look at alternate equipment rentals until the system is updated and fixed. I would rate the website / service itself 1/5 stars.

Jinchul J.When I went to the gas station after a 67 mile trip, I ended up putting in almost 9 gallons of gas, meaning the tank was not properly filled by the previous driver. Upon returning the vehicle to the office, I informed the representative working there of the issue, and she just said they try their best to check them but put the responsibility on me. I've rented uhauls from various locations with excellent experiences, but I can not recommend this location at all

James N.Not totally their fault. Mileage and gas level was wrong. Mats missing. Was told will not charge when I pick up truck on Sunday,but I was sent to another location so I could not get the free mats as stated. Not my job to correct wrong internal records in regards to gas level and mileage.

robert W.The employee stress the policy in regards to any kind of dings and dents from previous use were suppose to be clearly marked. However when my husband and I did a visual inspection of marks and dings on the truck before we took it we noticed many dings and marks that we're not marked off or identified with a marker. We had to ask the employee to note and mark them so we would not be held responsible. Secondly, we were instructed to leave the keys in a Dropbox. We did not see any thing that was designated as a Dropbox only a payment slot in the door but we paid online with a credit card. You should designate a clearly marked spot as a Dropbox. We ended up putting the keys in the payment box.

Martyn R.So I will be honest, I don't know if it is Uhaul or this location. So to start I booked my rental 3 weeks ago and was suppose to have it on Monday March 11th 8am. I called a couple of days before to make sure everything was good to go, and was told I was good to go. On Monday I was running a little behind so I called and changed pick up time to 9am. Apon arrival I used the online check it tool and was told there was and issue and to call the number provided. I called that number twice and got no answer. Left voice messages and still nothing. After about 30 min of waiting the property manager for the location drove up. I informed her I was there to pick up the truck. She then said that the truck was taken out of rotation because of nails in the tire. She said it was found days prior. I asked why they didn't send another truck and she said she didn't know but she could call around to find another one. At this point after waiting now more then an hour and honestly pissed off I told her to reschedule it for the following week. I just can't believe that I was never informed. This out alot of stress on me with work and my time to try and move all of my belongings. I will just say thing I don't see me ever renting from a uhaul again.
