The equipment I paid for was not included in my vehicle. I contacted U-Haul and I was on hold for 40 minutes waiting for a representative. Very poor experience and terrible customer service.Elizabeth C.

The truck was filthy inside the cab. At the rental desk er were advised that they do not clean the vehicles and I quickly realized why a point was made of this. The cab was disgustingly dirty to the point that I showered immediately after returning the vehicle. YUCK!! The starter was bad and I had difficulty starting it a couple of times, the suspension was shot and we felt every bump in the road. The facility was great but the equipment was poor. I would have requested another vehicle if one had been available.DAWN W.

Asked to pick up in person. Got a call the NIGHT before my move that I had to Drive to a new location to mobile pick up a van. Van had dirt all in the bottom, I paid $10 for packing blankets that weren't in the van. Took 30 min to figure out the mobile pick up. Hired movers via uhual to help when I got to Jacksonville, who had me on their schedule to help unload 2 DAYS after my truck rental date. Won't be using uhual again.Terry O.

The service at this location was great, but there is an infestation of roaches in the cabin of the truck. When returning the truck and doing the questionnaire, I selected that the unit needs to be cleaned before being used by another family. I selected that because of the roaches in the cabin of the truck. The roaches were there before I used the truck, so I am confused why I am being charged a $25 cleaning fee. I am trying to get that fee removed from my bill before it is processed, but I have not been able to get in touch with a U-Haul representative.TAYLOR G.

The overall experience was terrible. The app functionality, a replacement to the customer service, is full of frustrating moments: Asking to authenticate multiple times in a row, continuously disconnecting, lack of clear communcation which throw errors, etc. It took me so long to finally navigate through the app that I was late to my MIL's birthday dinner. I forsaw this was gonna be close, so I called Uhaul to adjust my dropoff and they refused to work with me to find a solution. Further, they "upgraded" me from a van to a 15' moving truck. I was moving a single matress so this vehicle was complete overkill and cost me more on gas and driving stress. On gas, I filled it up to the same level and was still charged 6 dollars for extra gas. Overall, this experience was so bad, that I will be extra and going out of my way to avoid uhaul in the future.Wesley M.
I did not know that I had to put the numbers on the lock all the way to the top on the lockbox for the mobile pickup (wasn't included in the directions) and luckily there was an employee there to help me! I had a great experience driving a uhaul for my first time overall! :)Samantha M.
The only reason I said Yes on here is because of Hide-Away's storage pricing and for no other reason. The dolly I had to choose (none was offered to me), the wheel fell off during use (I took picture) and it was very poorly maintained (it had a rusty nail holding on one or both of the wheels - what the @#$! is that all about?)Leon C.

This location was incredible. Tammy could not have been better. Especially considering this was NOT my scheduled drop off location. My location on my contract was Causeway Marathon 2829 US Hwy 301 S Riverview FL 33578. When I pulled in there the man came out, looked at the truck and REFUSED to take it. He said he had no room! I told him this was NOT my problem. I showed him my contract and he said it did not matter. A huge storm was approaching and he said I needed to drive around the corner to a UHaul facility. He was horrible. I said to give me the address and he said he did not have it and assured me it was like 1/4 mile away. I drove to where he said in pouring rain and no UHaul signs were there. I then used GPS and found this other location. They were AWESOME and helped me out and took my piece of junk truck. I will NEVER rent a truck from UHaul again. It is Penske for me from now on. This man at the original drop off should lose his contract. Crappy service and not willing to even give me a phone number or address.JOSEPH G.
