Excellent service quick friendly
vincent bI had an excellent experience with this location. On Saturday, trucks were scarce and Uhaul found me a 26 foot truck that I could pick up at this location. My first moving job took longer than expected and I wasn't going to get there until after close. Jack set the rental up on a 24 hour mobile contract. I was able to pick up the truck and complete the next job. We were really saved by his actions. The truck was clean and we had no complaints. 6/5 stars!!
Matthew NPoor customer service. I've been using uhaul for the past 10 years with every move. This most recent move was very stressful and last minute. The man at the counter was not accommodating at all and made it even more stressful. I will never be renting from this location again and will refer others to not use this location as well.

Denise DDuring our 600 mile trip we had to deal with a blowout tire, the results of this unfortunate incident cost us damages to our property and the moving labor that was hired has to wait on our arrival. Obviously the condition of the tires was not up to safety standards.

Keith SI went to the location near my home to rent a truck for the following day. They did this. When I returned to pick it up, after waiting for my turn, I was told it was at another location, much further away. If I had been told to go to that location to pick up the truck, it would have saved me valuable time. The location with the truck was excellent; the owner was pleasant and helpful; it was a very good experience and I will go there first next time, though it is farther.

Nick BReceived a call from someone saying that my storage unit was unlocked…I haven't been in Arizona for 3 months now meaning that if it's unlocked it's been u locked for 3 months and no one has notified me. When I told the uhaul rep my concern he claimed that someone has tried to call me every day, then later said "well it shows here that we've tried to call you weekly. I know this is not true since my job requires me to constantly be on my phone! When I asked him to send me the records showing that someone has called me once a week he said that he would email them to me and hurried off the phone! I have YET to receive these records showing phone calls to me "weekly"
Prentice DNo comments other than the truck was new and great shape and the Manager was helpful and good to work with.
Tom CI told the gentleman about the issue I had with the truck and he pointed out to the mileage of the truck and he told me that usually customers abuse the equipment which I understood. Truck had only 36k miles but the shifting was sluggish and hesitated on uphill drive despite the fact I did not overloaded.

patti wThe uhaul was in very bad condition. The brakes were bad and scary. The truck wouldn't go over 60mph .it took twice as long to reach destination and I was paying movers by the hour. I am still waiting for one of your district managers to call me back!!!!!!!!
Yehudit ETruck had close to 60 000 miles and AC did not work well. Got screwed for $45- because the gas level was exactly as I received it but "electronic monitor" said otherwise by 3 gallons, causing and additional $30 service charge! So wrong. Need to be issued a $45- credit.

BRYAN NSystem kept kicking me out maybe it needs a update. I did Wirelss return on my phone kept freezing up kicking me out had to keep starting process over. I almost gave it up let them check it in but you guys charge 20$ fee for that. I don't understand that when it's part of there job function to check vehicles upon return anyhow.
