The truck was and the location was fine. The process took me a half when I got there, which didn't seem to be smooth with the app. My other complaint was I requested the truck until 6 Pm and it said I had to return by 5:10pm.
Nicholas MThis was not my intended pick up location. I had a reservation for 15 foot truck at East Side Storage in Wooster. When I got there they did. It have my truck and I was redirected to Orrville Ohio instead. The people on Kansas road were fine, but the overall experience of not having my truck ready where I revered it put me over an hour behind schedule. Customer support was rude when I asked about comped miles and the "if we don't have your truck we give you $50" deal On the U-Haul website.

KAMERON Bthe on line site is horrible... once i could talk to an actual person (after holding for an hour), it was easy. If this is how uhaul is going to run their company, I will not be using them again.
Vicki TI blew out 2 front trailer tires with in the first 4 to 6 hours. No one's fault but the tires. I could not get ahold of anyone at U-Haul for the first tire. I took care of and paid for the first one. Got ahold of someone for the second one. U-Haul sent someone out for the second one. We lost about 6 hours because of bad tires. Would love to communicate with someone in customer service. Thank you. Mike
MICHAEL DThe truck was clean but the brakes had a bit to be desired. Uhaul needs to proved more trucks per location! I really wanted a 15' but there weren't any close.
Rebecca OThe check in experience was awful. I was to pick up the truck at 7:30am and by the time I actually was able to leave the location was after 8:15am. Way too much this and that to go through proving who I am. I lost valuable time on getting to a court ordered, time sensitive pick up. This process needs to be streamlined some in order for me to ever use U-Haul again. Not satisfied.......
Marvin Twe had to submit the drivers license and take a headshot picture about 3 times. they were all clear, i think that it was a tactic to stall so that we did not get the uhal before our time, but 10 minutes early, when its just sitting there is not a problem. Because nothing was free we only had 4 hours to move all of our stuff and an extra 10 minutes would have been so helpful. Especially if no one was using it and it was just sitting there.

Edgard APut a lift on your trailer tongues so we normal people can lift it.also,I understand it would be hard to schedule trucks and trailers but when I schedule one, I don't like to be told 2days before time to use that I need to drive 25 minutes to pick it up somewhere else.

Lori STruck was extremely muddy inside the cab. Was told they no longer do an inspection before rental leaves, they take pictures. Did it ourselves and noted all damage as well as mileage. Truck not kept up to safety standards, two issues, one that should have been fixed before the truck was rented out. Returning the truck seemed like an inconvenience/interruption to them. Very unprofessional, office is in their home and it smells Very bad. Will not rent from this dealer again. Definitely will travel further to avoid it.

chad dFor some reason I was charged an extra $40+ with NO explanation! The gas was over what it needed to be and it was returned ahead of schedule. For whatever reason, I still have not received a call back and I absolutely refuse to pay until I do. I spent a significant amount of money while moving with Uhaul and I do not think that this is fair at all.
kevin bThis was a first-time U-Haul experience and when arrived for pick up wasn't quite sure where to find a person, but with phone call we quickly were taking care of the business at hand!

LARRY WI wish that U-Haul would stop advertising their price before the actual price . There is three charges to rent a U-Haul . I. Truck rental 2. Miles. And gas. But they only advertise truck rental which makes it look cheap but that's not the final price .
GARY DDon't change the pick up place. I was charged for 28,7 miles because they change where I had to pick up the truck. Wanted to pick up 3 miles away from me, but had to drive to another town. And when you are paying $0,99 a mile that is an added expense! Not sure I will use U-Haul for my big move in a 6 months!
Toni TOne uhaul rental place that was out of trucks went on line and found the nearest uhaul that had what i wanted. Worked out real good.

Trisha oGive this 119 s Kansas dealer a whole lot more trucks and equipment because they have an excellent location right off rt 30 a busy highway, and they know everything about uhaul rates and policy and are very helpful. Merci.

Amy BThis was further than my original choice and the allowed mileage didn't take into account the distance I had to drive to get the truck so I had to pay for the extra mileage which is poor customer service as I drove directly from location to location and still went over. Very disappointed in this.
