Was charged out the door an additional 40 for expenses that should not have occurred. The website crashed on the day of the move. We almost lost our reservation site to the miscommunication on your front. Even went we had to wait for the office to open, we had talked to the very nice manager and he had said due to new staff and the mismanagement of the website, app, and call center there will continue to be a bad experiences. I had to choice due to my finances I had to choose this service and the next time I have to move I will not do this again. I hope that this gets to someone reads this and chooses to do something about it. Chances are nothing will happen and it will continue.

Additionally, ordered and paid for a hand truck and it was not provided, had to go to harbor freight and purchase my own.

Michael JefferyReserved uhaul for one way trip and was told that my reservation hadn't been received. So I had to do an 8 hour round trip in one day just to drop the uhaul back off at the location where I picked up because that was the only option I was giving the day of my PLANNED move. Will not recommend to a friend.

Randy Makinen5 of the tires were extremely low on air and 1 had a leaky valve stem that caused the tire to be flat by day 2. For what people are paying, vehicles should be serviced correctly and tires fully inflated so there are no delays.

Except she had her boyfriend do it who apparently hangs out with her all day while she works.

STEPHEN MYERSWe had to return the truck at 7:00 am before the location was open and it was very dark. There was no visible signage from the road, so finding the actual place we were meant to drop-off the truck, and even further the keys, was a little difficult.

Matt ForemanI would not recommend uhaul in any way shape or form to anyone. I was double charged and I have called three times to have the hold that was placed on my card released. Still nothing has been done about this situation and the hold has been there since April 30,2020. It is now May 8,2020. I would just like to say at this point I feel as though uhaul themselves are thieves. That $45 could be going towards feeding my children. Will NOT be using them again. I would rather pay a complete stranger with a truck to help me move.

Kristy Meeksthe young lady that served us was extremely rude. On the second occasion of renting we had a truck scheduled for 10:30 and we were there at 10:40. No one was there and when we finally reached her by phone through the 800 number she said she was out to lunch. We explained that we had 4 people waiting to help with loading and she just repeated I am on a lunch break. She did not return until 12:00pm and was cold and rude.
