It was great
KARL BELLFirst problem was this location is not staffed on a Sunday, my pickup day. I had difficulty initially getting through the app to find the unlock code to get the truck key (about 1 hour wasted doing this so I was late meeting up with my group). The second issue was that the appliance dolly and moving blankets that I had rented were not in the truck, and all I got was an apology from the UHaul rep over the phone. How do you find another appliance dolly and moving supplies on a Sunday when you're already an hour late on a 6 hour rental?

Edward Hannie III inspected the vehicle, took pictures and video. The inside of the cab was disgusting. There was literal cake inside the cab. The center console was sticky and full of liquid spills. There was water in the back of the truck. I went back and mentioned it to the person who checked me in. She said they don't inspect it for cleanliness nor clean the vehicle.

Justin ChristensenOnce I had the U-Haul everything was great, however, I am unhappy with how the process was leading up to it. I do not understand why there is an online option to book if the day before my pickup location will be changed from Youngsville from Eunice. And then when I call to get it fixed and I get a different, smaller, truck at the original location to be picked up at 7 AM, the next day at 6 AM the app is showing that my contract is not conducive for the 24/7 pickup. Both instances I had to be put on hold for 30/45 minutes. Once I was able to get ahold of the right representative, they were very helpful, but I find this ridiculous. A moving day is already stressful enough, and one days notice to change someone's pick up location to somewhere almost two hours away is simply unacceptable. There has to be a better way to communicate this information with your customers who are spending $100+ on your product.

Seth LaFleurTransporter was parked in the grass. My truck was halfway in the adjacent road for the hookup. Chains were not installed properly. I could go on but nothing ever changes with uhaul.

GREGORY DAMRONDo not charge for an entire extra day when the truck was 2 hours late. Not 24 hours late. Prorate the amount instead of charging the full extra day. It's ridiculous. I should've kept the truck until 9 am the following day since I was charged an entire extra day.

WILLIAM GJERTSONThere is absolutely nothing you can do to improve your service, it was above and beyond my expectations for a rental service, it was definitely TOP NOTCH in my books I will definitely recommend this business to anyone who is moving or just needs to take some old stuff out of their house to put in storage. It was easy to pick up and drop off with absolutely no hassles at all, I rented it for 24 hours but kept it for a week and never got harassed once to return it and I thought that was pretty awesome!!!

TRAVIS LASSEIGNEThe service was great. There was an issue with the insurance that I had selected for my rental, and the associate did everything to fix it (and it was eventually fixed). She really went all out to make sure the equipment was covered as I had intended. Also, they showed me how to hook up my car to the tow dolly, which was very helpful.
JOSEPH BRISTOWThe pickup location obviously keeps a dog in the office. The smell was overwhelming. I elected to pick up with the mobile app, but the vehicle wasn't ready and i had to go to the office. The fuel gauge on the paperwork indicated 7/8th, but I had to go back to the office to change it to indicate 3/4 which is what the truck actually had in the tank.

Marc MauvisI'm so confused. I left the pack of pads and dolly in the back(we didn't even open the pads). And apparent we used the truck over our 30 miles which is false, we drove from Lafayette to Youngsville roughly 15 miles.
