There is no internet and the app connection will take you 15 for pick up to process and 15 minutes when you drop off.

Equipment was not left as ordered. The self check in did not work correctly.
Alexander UThe locks for the keys weren't locked. The cabin reeked of smoke. It took over 30 minutes to be able to access the truck (though in reality the keys weren't locked so could have been accessed whenever). There was a broken cabin light. The brakes were not great.
NATHAN AThe Mobile app was very slow and unresponsive took me 40 minutes to get the truck. The back door was also froze shut. Then Spent another 40 minutes to return before I gave up and called, emailed and tried to chat. I will probably be back in a month, but without the mobile app.
Jason LI scheduled for an appliance dolly to be a part of my rental and it was not with the truck. Also the truck engine had some moments where it didn't change gears correctly.

Jamrs CThe reason I say no is because one there was never anyone in the office during business hours each time I went up there and two is because the mobile check in for the return of the truck was a nightmare. It took 45 minutes all due to the website kept saying error after all the questions were answered and the pictures taken. I had to wait 30 minutes on hold for a human to finally check the truck back in. I tried the live chat it suggested but that was also a 25 minute wait and then they said they could not help me and was going to charge me $20 late fee even though the truck was checked in 4 hours early. I also left the truck with over 1/2 tank of gas when picked up only had barely over E. If I had left the truck lower than found I would have been charged for the gas at a higher rate than prices but do you think they reimburse you for the extra fuel? No. And after their website error and how long I had to sit waiting for them to answer the call after a long day of moving I was offered nothing for my time and trouble. Fix your check in website. I'll never rent via mobile again after this.
Terrie RThe app to pick up was not working. I called UHaul and Justin was awesome. He got everything done, was nice and professional...it wouldn't have gotten done without him. The appliance dolly was not in the truck but we ended up not needing it anyway - had someone bring one.

Robby JThis oving has been a nightare. I was told there wd be oving blankets and shrink wrap...none. I had to WAIT on the truck even tho it was all supposed to be set up and ready to go...thus I had 11 people who had to WAIT ON me to get the truck there so they cd load it. I was not told there was a safe overs pkg? Only the $75 pkg so had to add MORE money. Then I see that u haul took out the $799.....then put it back in y aacnt and took it out again! I was NOT and a NOT impressed....Yet I have more to move and need another truck. Shd I go with u haul?? I don't know....none of y helpers were impressed either.

Sokhan OWhen a customer calls after business hours, even though there is a number to call for assistance or help, someone should be there to help. We had an experience where we rented a truck and the truck we were assigned to was locked, so we called customer service three times with no answer, so we had to apply again to get a different truck which that one was unlocked, but the fact that the business needs to check to make sure trucks are unlocked from the previous user, for next costumers to use.

Preston EWas contacted on what time to pick the uhaul up a couple of days prior. Set up a time for 4:30, but the person said you can pick up prior if you would like. After driving 3 hours across the state, we get to the office to find a note on the door that said it closed at noon that day. We were obviously in shock because no one called us that day notifying us the office would be shut down on Friday afternoon. We called the number provided to us in the confirmation email, with no answer and only a voicemail. We then contacted Uhaul itself to be put on hold for a long period of time. After about 15-20 minutes a man comes out of the other side of the office asking if he could help us with something. We told him yes, we were there to pick up a uhaul and was only an hour early. We wanted to pick it up early due to the thunderstorm that was going to happen anytime. Then outsteps a woman saying she was going to open the office back up at 4:30 for us. Her clothes were all disheveled and hair was a mess. Once they signed the contract to rent the truck, she did no inspection of the truck before hand and did not explain the terms. This service was VERY unprofessional and would NOT recommend this location to anyone due to the obvious of what was going on. Closing the office to have a quickie while customers are freaking out that your office says closed is extremely upsetting and unprofessional. I have been a Uhaul customer in the passed with no issues, we have never treated this poorly or unprofessional.
Daren DYou need to overhaul your website rental interface. Before I chose this location I read many many reviews about how the system took way too long and many representatives had trouble with the system. That was the case for me as well. The representative tried and tried to use the site but she had to call in the information as your website would not work. It was a good thing I was not in a hurry. As far as Hannah and the experience...she was so kind that no matter the problems I would rent here again because of her.
