Hi, I have a very bad experience when I took the truck I took all pictures of dashboard, my mileage, my guess everything when I return the truck I I took pictures of mileage and gas before written the truck. I refill the gas full, and when I see my bank account, they charge me for the gas and more mileage. They are charging extra for gas and extra mileage. They need more money I don't know why I have a very bad experience because they charging me more and I am only using U-Haul. I have a very very bad experience. I will never recommend to my friends and family to go. This is Support. Please talk to them or them. Thank you very much.

Got charged for an extra day when I returned the U-Haul a day early. The cashier gave me a receipt sent me on my way and didn't explain any charges. Had over $100 dollars in extra charges.

Salesperson didn’t know how to enter correct information had to call someone one took over a hour just to rent a car dolly company had two and both of them the tie down straps and chains were damaged

This location was advertised to be open 24 hours on Google and U-Haul website. When we showed up on Sunday, there is no one at the gate or a code to get in and how to arrange another drop off location. I will update hours on Google or website to make sure this is not again.

Might want to let the customer know prior to pick-up about missing items requested/paid for such as missing dolly and missing blankets so they can prepare in advance.

I have been a U-Haul customer for years. U-Haul seems to be suffering the same issues that all service organizations are facing today. Lack of talent that has a commitment to service and professionalism. The truck we picked up had a very rough 115K miles on it. The windshield was full of bugs, they were unable to supply me with any moving pads (I had ordered 24) and there was a general malaise and apathy in the service delivery. At the end of the day, we got a truck, and it made it to our destination.

I would not consider ever using any other moving company. They are my go to due to the quality and dependability of their equipment which make moving a snap. I also appreciate the security of knowing no matter where I'm traveling Uhaul is always near.

You can't get much better than this HWY 37 storage. The people that run this place are wonderful. And friendly. When I need to move something or someone, they have always had the equipment I needed. All of the other U HAUL places could learn from these people. Thank you for what you do .

If they offer it to you a day early for free, don't do it. That's what I was told and they ended up charging me two days and an extra safe move. They have since given me a refund but I haven't received it yet in my account.
