Rose HYou should have a 6 foot wide trailer with a six foot wide ramp...what good is a 6 foot trailer is you can't get anything wider than 53 inches on it.....sooooo stupid‼️‼️‼️😎

Carlton BThis auto-transport left me stranded at 3am the next night as the passenger side rear wheel had a blowout. In the rear view mirror I saw sparks flying and pulled over on the narrow shoulder. It was dangerous as the shoulder was narrow and passing semi's rocked the truck. The road crew sent by UHaul did not have the right equipment as the trailer frame was sitting on the ground. They really did not know what to do! I had to tell them how to devise a "ramp" from 2 4x4's to drive the good tire up to get the frame off the ground, Then I had to loan them a shovel to dig a hole so their bottle jack could get under the trailer from and lift it up. This dangerous situation lasted 3 hours before I was on the road.

Dennis LStaff was very friendly and helpful but the storage is infested with mice. A lot of my items were chewed up. My boxes were full of mice poop and urine. I was not offered nor given any reimbursement for all the things that had to be thrown away. I chose climate control units because i thought that it would help my things to stay in good shape so I didn't mind paying a little extra.

Wayne VWhen I went online to check the uhaul vehicle back in,the website was acting up. I believe this needs to be looked into so no one will be charged anything extra. Other than that, I have no complaints about the rental. You guys are awesome. Merci.

Robert AAdam (the manager) is a jewel. He was efficient, friendly, and always responsive. The storage unit was excellent and very clean and secure. I would use them again and recommend highly.

Robert L | Expérience généraleWe have rented from Adam at this location many times. He always provides excellent service. One problem for us (NOT his fault) is that UHAUL changed our drop off site another 16 miles further than we wished, without adding miles to our reservation.
Robert LPlease check your equipment. The straps were old and the pulleys were rusted, we had to keep stopping to tightened them back up.

Robert LMake sure the trucks are serviced properly. The oil light came on time I cranked it up. So when I checked the oil it was barely touching the stick. The cap for the oil where the oil is added was missing. I tried to cover it with a rubber band and cloth. The parts store didn't have one. I went and bought 3quarts and added that. Got it up in the safe zone. The transmission fluid level was at the minimum mark a proper service should help that situation out. First time I ever rented a u haul. Customer service was awesome and other than the truck needing to be serviced I would definitely rent from there again.
BARRY BI picked up the truck with a quarter tank of gas and dropped it off with a quarter tank of gas and you guys still charged me 137 dollars for gas. I would not recommend uHaul to anyone.

LEON EThe windshield wiper was disastrous when we started out. It was so bad that you couldn't see thru the window at all ... it looked like it had been shreddedd. Something like that should be checked on all trucks before they are taken out. Other than that, the rest of the equipment had not been cleaned as we found a used sports drinking bottle right on the back of the seat, and some stuff on the floor. As for the maintenance of equipment, all I can say is that we did not have any equipment malfunctions going to Maryland or coming back. Just thank goodness we went back to where we had rented this vehicle, and they were able to take a wiper blade off another truck. That one worked fine. Thank you ...
