It took at least 30 minutes for them to check me out for an appliance dolly. It appeared to be a system issue they were dealing with, but nonetheless frustrating. Checkout was much easier.

The overall experience of getting the ride was good but after I returned the keys early the next day I her charged a day I did but pay for it was not in the contract I signed and I call and Angela the lady I talked to tells me they had a meeting and she didnt get to turning the keys in on time so I see customers are second class around here thank you for putting my account negative

I booked a 5:30am pick up to get a job done by noon which was required deadline. I stopped in the day before because I wasn’t sure how I would get in the lockbox at 5:30am. They assured me I would get an email from UHaul. At 5:30am, still no email, they don’t open until 8am. 7:45am, still no email so I go and they get in the lockbox and give me keys. To make it worst, I got the email from UHaul at 8:00am while I’m at the store which I assume was lockbox code. I was 2 hours late, didn’t get job done by noon and lost money because of it. I would like someone at UHaul to reply and reimburse me for the $70 it cost me In lost revenue because I couldn’t get the van at the time I reserved it. Please get back to me. Thanks.

You can stop lying about what I'm renting. I specifically reserved a Ford Transit van, which UHAUL told me was available at the Hilliard-Rome Rd. Ace Hardware location. I arrived there and all they had were two standard GMC vans which are not at all comparable in cargo space. They said they've NEVER had a Transit, or anything that size, and they receive this same complaint from renters all the time and wish UHAUL would stop doing this. Having no other option, I HAD to take what was available, and scramble for someone else's help with their vehicle to complete my move. I paid for what I didn't get and I'd like UHAUL to either refund my money or issue me a credit for a future rental.

I left the truck same day but they did not collect the keys from the drop off box the next day evening and charged me 2 days rental. Very poor management.

when I picked up the cargo van, the windows were completely iced up. The service member came out and sprayed liquid defroster on some of the windows. I had to ask that the side windows also be sprayed. When he went back inside, I realized the passenger side mirror had not been sprayed. Suggest that you have the vehicles ready to go when customer shows up. Thanks

I would recommend this location but I would also recommend they make reservations thru U HAUL for a much better rate. I was very disappointed to learn that U HAUL has much better rates for the same equipment and it cost me almost double.
