The lady who helped me, while very nice, really struggled dealing with the computer software she was using to get me my truck. The entire process took an hour which was much wasted time and money for me. Uhaul needs to train her appropriately and make sure the computer equipment and internet connection at this location is able to handle these transactions. Personally I think they need a system upgrade... speaking as someone with tech experience. The poor lady really struggled through the process. I felt bad for her. The truck was great so no complaints there. Just someone please help the people out who have this Uhaul location. It's a good spot geographically and with some evaluation, system upgrades and some additional training they should be successful.

That's ridiculous and I will definitely look for alternatives in the future. Almost doubled my costs for 86 miles.

Again I thought the human assistance to be fantastic but problems with infrastructure caused a lot of delay
