Make sure they are cleaning the trucks! Spilt drink was all in the truck and owner of store stated they didn't have time to look over the truck or to clean it up

Attendant was rude. Where you park trailers At was on a slight hill which will cause trailers to roll forward into parking lot. I wasn’t issued a chalk block when I picked it up and there were none available where I returned trailer. I put a small flat piece of material under the tire to attempt to keep it from rolling forward may work for now but not safe. Told attendant. He accepted the trailer but really didn’t care that trailer could roll forward

I made a reservation for 12 how ever didnt puck it up til 2ish.. The guy tild me that i would be charged 2 hrs if i didnt bring it back by 12 because it would inconvenience anither guess. So i talked to someone else witg uhaul and was explained its from pick up to turn in time u turned in the truck aroubd 12:45-1 well tge guy wasnt there sobi had to rext him my mileage but never recieved a refund fir the second day i want some understanding abiut this 4703094844

Dont let it take over 2 hrs to rent a car dolley they txt me a link to up load my photo ID and it kept crashing my phone Had to call customer service multiple times and could never get anyone to help. I was even hung up on twice. Finally we had to do a whole new order before we could even get through the process.

Garbage. It will be cheaper to hire a moving company. They did not have any hand trucks or covers either. Someone from uhual was suppose to contact me about my complaints, and all I have received was a bill. Two men and a truck are going to cost like 30 more dollars, and do all the work for you. Save yourself the trouble

Terrible location. The guy running it can barely get out s word, stutters badly, is hard to understand and rude. Truck itself felt like it was going to fall apart when you got it up to 60mph. Beat up and old vehicle. Didn’t have the dolly that I had ordered

When I got here to pick up my reservation it was full of their personal trash and not clean it all said it would take about an hour before I can have the trailer

I ordered 2 dozen moving blankets. Got there to pick up the truck, and they didn’t have them. Said they hadn’t had a chance to order any. Location in general was very dumpy. Had to conduct the rental agreement over the lottery ticket dispensers. I felt like I was in some kind of third-world gambling hall. Then, there was the actual truck. The drivers side mirror was held in place with shipping tape and an empty water bottle. Couldn’t adjust it, so I was looking at the sky out of that mirror the entire 350 miles that I drove the truck. The ride was unbelievably bad on the interstate. At normal interstate speeds, the truck felt like it was going to bounce off of the road. Either needs new tires or tire balancing. The ramp was also too short for the truck, I believe. Not sure what length of ramp is supposed to be on a 26 foot truck, but this ramp was only 8-9 feet, which made it very steep when trying to go up and down. If that is the right length of ramp, then corporate needs to rethink the ramp dimensions based on the size of truck. Finally, the charging system. Either the battery is going bad, or the alternator, because coming home the night after unloading the headlights kept getting dimmer and dimmer. Could hardly see the lines on the road by the time I got back to the drop off city. All in all this was a very disappointing experience. I can say, in all honesty, based on this latest rental I do not believe that I will be renting a truck from UHaul again in the future. To have paid nearly $400 for two days of driving that piece of crap truck, I just don’t think I will risk the money again. I know I’m just one man, and don’t mean a lot to UHaul in the grand scheme, but I had always recommended you and had good experiences with trailer and truck rentals many years ago. I just can’t understand what has happened to the company to allow crap like that to continue to be rented. It is a very bad reflection of your company, not to mention a rental location franchisee that looks so sketchy...

The computer program was down. It took over 30 minutes to pick up the car hauler. And about 15 minutes to drop it off. Top it all off I couldn't understand half of what he was saying

Maybe don't charge for mileage if the customer leaves you with extra gas. The attendant also gave me an issue about me checking the truck in myself. He obviously doesn't understand the truck share system.
