Their system was down and they were not able to give me the equipment at the appointment time. The employee did not even try to help by calling the UHaul to have me pick up the equipment at another location, just gave me a phone number. I got sent to 3 other locations by UHaul when I was finally able to get the equipment two hours later than the appointment time. When I returned the equipment 45 minutes late on the return date, I got charged an extra $70,42 fees. I rented a truck for my Army unit to move some military gear for a training exercise using a government credit card. After this experience with this location, I will not use it again nor I will recommend any other units to use this location or UHaul. Too bad they're giving poor service to military personnel when the location is inside a military post.JOEL J.

Awesome customer service!!! Quick response to my flat tire!!! I was giving up time of 91 minutes to respond. The gentleman was there in less than 30 change the tire in five minutes very courteous!JEFFERY B.
I did not receive my $50 guarantee due to cargo van I reserved was not avialable and I had to get a larger truck, the morning of pick up the wrong lock was on the truck and I had to stand out in the cold for about 1 hour trying to resolve this issue with customer service, billed the wrong amount and refunded less than was suppose to recieve. Poor customer service, U-haul smelt like weed and needed to be whipped down. Back cab was dirty and had not been cleaned out. Tank was not on 1/4 when I received it. Asked for just extra hour to get house hold good put into storage was told they need it back by 4pm by one employee because a customer was going to pick it up (they had 6 more in the lot) but then was told by another to just call and let them know if I was going to go past 4 and that it's fine. Did what they told me and was charged for an additional day due to one additional hour. I waited till they closed with no additional U-hauls going out.VICTOR F.
Only issue I had was the level of gas when I picked the vehicle up. It wasn't much which forced me to have to guy gas right up front. Not a deal breaker but it kind of slowed me down a little being as I only had the rental a few hours. Overall experience was great. I would still rate it 10/10zJonathan B.

Our pick up time was at 11, we waited over 2 hours at this location before we could pick up our truck. We were told we would be compensated for miles and that we wouldn't be charged for going over time and we were charged for both.Alexis C.
I'm still being charged for the trailer even tho the guy I turned it into waives the late fee payment. I turned it in the day it was supposed to be turned in. Not the time because I didn't know it was time specific. And I couldn't turn it in at that timeCody M.

Check the gas, they were amazing and super professional, I was so amazed I pulled off without checking the gas until I went straight to the pump to prepare for my trip and noticed it was under what I would have had to turn it is as. Definitely taking mutually responsibility in not seeing and reporting it. But you live and learn and they were still the best experience I have had. They completely saved the day.STACIA R.

The trailer was poorly sealed and our stuff got damaged/ wet during our drive.RYAN S.
The straps used to secure the vehicle on the auto transport had been cut and was barely long enough to work. Luckily the vehicle being transported had small wheels. Anything larger and the straps wouldn't work. The ratchet used to tighten the straps were corroded and I had to spray some lubricant on them.Marshall G.

The worker was lazy; didn't come out to hook up the trailer just asked if I knew how then had me pull it up to inspect it. Upon return didn't even inspect the trailer, made me walk back out and get the blankets to return. She charged me wrong for the insurance, when I placed the reservation I declined it and I told her I didn't want the insurance yet she still charged me for it.Matthew M.

Overall I had the worst experience with U-Haul today. First on my way to where my reservation was made I realized that my pick-up location changed to a Fort Stewart. How is it that a reservation changes to a military base with you knowing if I have access to on post? That right there messed up my entire schedule. I had to drop my family at the storage to go on post, get the truck (where the lady was trying to charge me when I literally paid 30 prior getting there) and head back. For my surprise when I get back to storage, my friends were also there to help move out (taking time from them) , I find out that the dolly truck wasn't on the back (and it was charged). I called and they told me I should get my money reimbursed when I return the truck. In the afternoon same thing, I'm getting ready to return the truck, text message saying location changed (further) . I get there the web page wasn't@ working, I called was on the phone for 30 mins, no one helped me. Finally, I downloaded the app and it worked. Is not the first time I rent moving trucks with you guys, but today it was one of those days that you say â€œnever againâ€AYRILIZ R.
