A stressful experience! Ordered a truck two weeks before we needed it and the day before we were to pick the truck up we called to confirm. They didn't have record of our order, and of course no truck. The story goes on and I won't bore you but get confirmation several times from this location because of disorganization.

The additional equipment was not provided. I was charged the lady checking me out said she couldn't refund me but would contact the local rep still no refund going on day 3. Will not use this location or uhaul moving forward (other issue with box delivery)

1. Uhaul personnel never came out to help lift trailer. 2. Trailer roll up door malfunctioned every time it was opened. It sent too far up and would get wedged requiring pry bar to release and lower 3. Lady who processed rental was very helpful; however she was by herself and could not leave counter to help with trailer.

We called up and reserved a 26' truck. When we got the email confirmation, it said 20' truck. We called and questioned why it was switched to a different size truck, they told us they don't have a 26' truck available. If that was the case, why would they let us reserve one when we called. Why not just tell us then. That is poor customer service, and feels like a bait and switch way of business.

I received conflicting mileage rates from two different employees. I ended up keeping the truck for an extra day so I called the office for permission and spoke to the initial employee and had her reiterate the mileage rates to make sure I had not misunderstood her. The next day when I was bringing back the truck and called to let the contractual leasing rep no that I was on my way I told her about the rates I receifrom the iniieve !!tial employee. She told me that those were incorrect. So I did not know who to really believe. I need to rent the truck again in the next couple of weeks and I am not sure who to believe

The cab in the haul unit was filled with roaches. It was terrible. Tires bald and the store opened an hour late. I was told an employee had an emergency so that is why no one was there to open the store. I could let that go but the dirty cab is inexcusable.

Customer service rep was leaving for the day and refused any assistance because “UHaul” was closed.

This experience is less than words can describe. No moving blankets provided that I ordered. No dolly, 1 and 1/2 hours to work through cell phone to get the UHAUL key, ; brought the truck back in 30 -31 hours tops and UHAUL charged $378.00! They were right on that! Really???

i don't think the 5x8 trailer was checked when brought back by the previous renter. it was filled with grass or hay that i had to try to remove before putting my items in it.

Use a different location. Parking lot is dark and a little sketchy. 20-foot truck felt like it stuck out too far in lot. Maybe have designated horizontal spaces for bigger trucks.

Friendly helpful staff. Location and truck were clean, easy pick up and they resolved issues when j had problems with mobile drop off.

I completed check-in online one day prior, inputting all my info including license photo. Day of pickup, agency had no record of my check-in, so I had to do everything again at the agency.(Another renter behind me had same problem). I had ordered two dollies, but there was only one in the truck, not placed in back, but in the front on the drivers seat. That day it was pouring rain, so by the time I removed dolly from the cab and into the back, and picked up second dolly, I was soaked. As I left the agency, I immediately noticed truck was wobbling terribly, as if it was severly out of alignment. I returned to agency and was able to swap out the truck with another one about 10 miles further north. Whole pickup experience was awful, although the agent was very friendly, apologetic and accomodating. Customer service was great, (except for dolly incident), but equipment problems during pouring rain was not good. I was completely soaked after my episode. Unfortunate because I still had 3 hours of loading to complete.

1. Passenger seatbelt not working. 2. Change oil notification displayed. 3. Frustrating part of the overall experience was the Van key too big to fit in key box. Had to call customer service and waited an extra 20 minutes with the key issue. 4. Staff person at location personable.

Trucks need to be cleaned better. I returned mine after not complaining of dirt in back of truck with one Pebble left and was charged an absurd amount. I appreciate it if I can receive a full refund regarding this problem that is going on.

I placed a call to the Ft Pierce location on 12-6-19 @ 5:15PM to inquire about a credit for moving out of my storage unit early. The call was transferred to the call center. The agent who I spoke to informed me that I would receive a pro rated credit for any unused days. I moved out of my unit on 12-9 19, 17 days early. The manager Shawn Cooper informed me that no credit would be issued in contradiction to what I was told on 12-6-19. I objected. Shawn informed me that he would put an inquiry in the system and that I would be contacted by U-Haul. I have been a longtime customer. I expect a credit for the 17 days or I will regretfully take my future business elsewhere.

The trailer did not have a proper electrical connection for my 2018 SUV. Also the mechanism that attaches the trailer to my 2 inch ball hitch did not have a tight fit, causing it to rattle severely for the entire trip.

I accidentally locked the key in the truck. I went back to the location that I rented the truck from, thinking they would have a second key that I could get to open up the truck. I was told that it would be $100 for someone to go out and open it up. I can't believe that they wouldn't have an extra key for their trucks. I rent a truck quite often from Uhaul, probably 6 or 8 times a year. I guess the good old days of taking care of your good customers is over for Uhaul.
