Unfortunately, your system was down for over an hour and a half so I had to sit and wait for my truck before I could even leave which put me behind in my move and much later into the evening than I wanted.

peter sThese private pick up/ drop off locations seem very lax and don’t have the equipment knowledge of a regular UHaul hub.
Cynthia PThe gas station attendant seemed surprised that I was there dropping the vehicle off. I wasn't completely certain I should leave the vehicle keys with him. If there had not been other Uhaul trucks present, I probably would have gone to a different location.

Charles FThe truck was plowed in and had a heavy covering of snow and ice on the windows. The furniture dolly i ordered wasn't there. I had reserved the truck for 9:30. It wasn't unstuck and cleaned off until 10:30. I had people waiting to help me. It was awful
Judy MThe truck was covered in snow and ice with no scraper. The tank was only 1/4 full when I picked it up, and the trucks steering was not aligned and kept pulling to the right. Not impressed with this experience.

Jordan GI left this information with the cashier when I dropped the unit off. The universal joints on the drive shaft are SHOT! Above 40 mph the truck vibrates substantially and the steering was very squeaky and loose. When you put the truck in park the drive shaft would ring due to worn joints. Thankfully my move was only local and nothing over 45 mph. I would not rent this to someone utilizing for freeway or long moves until maintenance could be preformed on drive shaft and steering. Other than that... the move was completed. Merci.

Jeff OThe drop-off locations was significantly better than the pickup location. The staff were friendly. I explained the issues I had had with the truck and they said they would call U-haul corporate to let them know of all the issues with the truck. I have heard nothing from U-haul after several weeks of waiting and sending previously stated email.
Bradley WEmpty out the uhaul before renting to another customer, clean it as well and don't leave garbage in the cabin.
