David MYou make the customer do all the work when they pick up the truck before hours of operation and the the app wasn't working properly and it took 35 minutes on the phone talking to your rep to get to the code to get the key for the truck. That SUCKS!!! and since there is no cost to uhaul for this why doesn't the customer get paid for doing your job or at least a discount. Your disgruntled customer!!!! Michael Damico

Kim LI rented a pickup truck for $19.95. Ended up paying 98.10. Even though I filled the gas tank . That is a a rip off . I WILL NEVER RENT THERE AGAIN. . I only needed the truck to move a bed. The bill went over my budget so now I have an overdraft fee on top of getting ripped off.

Chad COf all the U-Haul rentals this is the first location to be able to utilize the information entered in the website. Drivers license and credit card used during the online registration process was actually all that was needed. Fast check in and return of the trailer. Well done!!!

Donna KVehicle was made available to me with barely any gas. Maybe an 8th of a tank... it didnt occur to me to take pictures. I called imediately (from a gas station) at almost 9pm and was told i needed to return it with a quarter if a tank. I wasnt happy about either circumstance. Also, pick up was very diificult...it took me a long time to get the digital check in to work. It kept telling me that my picture didnt match the liscence...my picture is a few years old and it was dark and my hair wasnt styled the same way. i found it all highly frustrating.
Barbara BBruce and Dan are wonderful. They were so helpful and kind. They answered all my questions with patience. I highly recommend this location to anyone looking to rent a truck with a smooth transaction.
