My trailer was attached to my truck by someone that doesn't work for this dealer. I didn't know this until after he had told me I could go. The owner called me as I was driving home to let me know that I had paper work to complete and needed to come back to the dealership. Seems like a safety issue to me having an unauthorized person attach a trailer and check the lights.

Christopher GThe owner of the lot I dropped the truck off at immediately started yelling at me and swearing at me, telling me I cannot drop off at this location and that he was the owner of this lot and is refusing the drop off. I was legitimately concerned for my safety because of this man. I will never use this service again because I had called uhaul to share my experience and nothing was done. I received a "sorry that happened" from 1 employee I spoke to, but nobody else seemed to care at all. I would love to speak to someone about my experience.

randall dThey charged me more than I gave permission to charge. I declined the insurance coverage when I made reservation but the employee charged me for it when I advised him we didn't want the insurance coverage.

Leanne HWe set an appointment to have the u-haul picked up at 3:00 P M. It got canceled by some bureaucrat in New York. We were never contacted! We showed up to get the u-haul from these people (which by the way was there) and found out they had gotten into an argument with management. So management in New York rerouted our pickup! NOT COOL! In the rain and running out of time, had to go to another location! I seriously wanted to call this idiot from Now York and give him a piece of my mind!!

Charles CKeep parking area clear if the vehicle needs to be returned in the same location. The owner informed me that a vehicle parked in front of the UHAUL was not drivable and when I returned the truck, another Acura vehicle was blocking the only lane to maneuver the UHAUL back into it's space. This made the parking of the UHAL back into its space impossible. I took pictures if they need to be provided.

STEVEN LOverall, the experience was good. We were concerned when we were told that even though a truck was "guaranteed" we weren't guaranteed that the pick up would be where we wanted. For us that location was necessary. When I was driving for first time, I could not see where to adjust the mirrors. There were no manuals anywhere and very little assistance with adjusting them when a call was made to the pick up location. I drove for 2,5 hours with inadequate vision as the mirrors could not be adjusted.

Danny PI just dropped the truck off a day early and left the key in the box. They checked it back in for me the next day and credited the extra fuel I left in the truck. 70 miles to empty.

Yesenia VI had had problems with trailer airing up tire for trip as I noted when I picked up.in florida. And still charged me for being 2 and half hrs late for drop off. Little un fair I think. After the bullshit I went through picking up.

John CI had problems with Uhaul giving my truck Reservation to someone else. Even after I spent 2 hrs on the phone with a uhaul rep who told me that they would not be able to give to truck to someone else. And of course the dealership tried. This is the 4 time that uhaul changed my reservation, told to go to another location for pickup when the dealer is right beside my business. I rent a truck every week. Still you Uhaul pull the same shit every time. Get it together Uhaul it is just not good business!

Steven WEasy drop off. I could not figure it out online so I just took the key in when they opened. I handed it to the personnel, asked them what else they needed and said it was complete. I said "that was easy" and he smiled!

Keith HThe business was closed and no one was present at the appointed time to pick up my rental at 10:15. When I called the business, and the owner told me that he had not checked the schedule, and that he would not be there until 1PM. One of his mechanics showed up, and the business owner tried to talk the guy through how to process the rental, but he was unsuccessful. The business owner was then able to process. When we returned the rental, the business owner tried to charge us 99 cents per mile, instead of the appropriate 79 cents per mile. When we called him on it, he changed it to 79 cents per mile. We will not do business there again!
Kelley MHad a major problem with check in and check out time. Have sent messages to the central office and no reply as yet. Check out time was 2,5 hours earlier than actual causing me to be charged for an additional day. Still no response from U-Haul. Poor customer service. local office agreed with me but cannot change without home office acknowledgement.
Thomas EMy wife and I were bitten by bugs in this vehicle. Not happy with this. Also we had to get a larger truck than I reserved which increased my rate. Not sure if this is how you conduct business but I will think twice before I call uhaul again.

Jonathan CIf I am "guaranteed Tuesday, 2/4/2020 at 8:30 am", I would expect to be able to pick up the vehicle at that time. This business does not open until 10:00 am. I was handed keys after the paper work - no introduction to how things worked, not asked if I needed anything else- blankets, dolly, etc. They need to stay in the car business not U-Haul.

Linda BEmployee has a bad attitude! "A know it all" and not polite. Dealt with owner ( I believe) when checked out truck and he was courteous and efficient but he needs to find help that knows how to appreciate a customer! I dealt with obnoxious employee when inquiring and checked truck in on a Saturday. I would not recommend this location until this employee is reprimanded or terminated. Truck was not clean ( mud on tires) also has wheels out of balance or something else. Rough ride and bounced, miserable trip!!! Engine ran ok and was told 10mpg but only got 7,6 mpg
