When I arrived they could not locate the keys to the 26' van we registered for earlier. We had to take a 20' instead and the transmission had something wrong with it and the headlight blinked all the time.

seth mccoolThe facility was closed, but the worker was outside the facility talking to a friend. They had a drop box for keys and he explained the process of return. All was good there.

Scott BakerCheck your trucks to make sure they work properly. I had a 3hour delay with me loading my truck. Because the door on the back wouldn't stay in place. It was an inconvenience for me & the guy that was trying to fix it. He even got frustrated & I told him to take his time because Uhaul didn't care about my time!!

Not only was it there, he had gone out of his way to guarantee this. When I came to it pickup he had the paper work done, hooked up the unit without any help from me, and was a pleasure to work with.

I drop it off the very next morning at this location. He didn't want to listen to anything I had to say was more interested in playing his video game. Didn't even check my truck in at that moment just set the keys down and went about playing his game.

John DusekI was given a new location, Gilmer, about 30 minutes from the original pick up location in Longview. The new pickup location in Gilmer was almost 30 minute drive farther away from my final destination. Then I could not get a hold of anyone from the Longview or Gilmer locations to help me find the key code for the truck. It took an extra 2 hours of my time and others I had waiting to help me load the truck. VERY frustrating experience to say the least.

Larry TeftellerThe truck ran horrible, the pick up was easy. The drop off was a nightmare. The gas was less than a 1/16 off and was told I had to leave and put more gas in the truck putting more miles on the truck not to mention using more gas. It was nearly 32 degrees and raining. Was told the truck had a quarter tank at pick up, it did not. It was under the quarter tank mark so its was way over in gas when we dropped it off. What upset me most is the office was closed when we tried to drop off at 2pm. When he came around to the truck after I called he wanted to argue with me in the rain while I froze my butt off with the window down and my 18 month old in back seat getting cold. He told me I would be charged 50 dollars extra if we didn't leave and put 10 dollars more in the tank. We tried to rent from one of the two locations listed in Gladewater Texas and made a reservation. Showed up minutes after the appointment and the guy took off to tyler an hour away and told us to wait. So went out of our way and rented a truck in Gilmer almost 30 min away causing us to pay more in gas and miles. We rented the 19,99 in town 10 ft truck and paid almost 80 dollars and was threatened with a 50 dollar gas charge. I will not be using uhaul again for any reason. I will sell everything I own and buy all new to be delivered before I go through uhaul again. Moving my things by had across the US piece by piece would be easier than renting a truck from you. I recommend nobody use your trucks or storage.

JOHN HOBSONI made my reservation for a truck and an appliance dolly approximately 2 weeks in advance, when arrived to pick up my truck I was informed they didn't have an appliance dolly. I spent most of the first day of my truck rental looking for an appliance dolly at another location. This is very poor business ethics and unacceptable.
MICHAEL DIVINEAfter picking up the trailer, I was told I would get a receipt via email. I said that was fine because they were very busy and I think the printer wasn't working. I never got the email which meant I literally had to spend over an hour on the phone with uhaul 800 number.
CHAD BURKHALTERI returned the trailer on January 8, … The gentleman in College Station said I would get an email for my return receipt but I never have received one yet.
