Trey S.This location is awesome and has great owners!! U-Haul on the other hand...has questionable maintenance and cleanup practices on their vehicles. They don't fix (or rarely ever fix) maintenance problems you report to them through the U-Haul website, and they don't clean their vehicles between rentals (at some spots). It is not the drop-off location business's place to do this because they are not paid to do it. It is U-Haul's responsibility, but they don't care! They'll charge the customer a clean-up fee in a second, but most of the time it is simply additional income for corporate...it isn't actually used for the purpose of cleaning the vehicles. The maintenance issue, that's a whole other story... :-(

James J.Everything worked out soo smoothly! Thank you for making it really easy and intuitive. The online check-in and check-out process were incredibly efficient. The only thing I can see going wrong is someone showing up to the location and not having cell service for some reason, but I guess that probably wouldn't happen in a city. I also think that U-Haul should send another email after check-in to prompt for the check-out process. I had to search through emails and look at the very bottom of each email to find the link to the check-out process. Thank you!!

Kathryn H.Your online system, your app, and your in-store systems were all not working properly. I never could get the app to work; it would freeze up and get stuck. Also, the website would freeze up. When I made it to the center before they closed, I abandoned your app and website. The man behind the counter even had to restart his process two or three times before it would work. It was very frustrating, and wasted a lot of my time.
