Actually I'm really happy with the storage unit set up. It's so much more user friendly than the last storage unit my family rented. Easy to get in and out, move things around, and I really appreciate the high doors on the unit itself.

I would recommend this storage facility to a friend and I would return here first if I need a storage unit in the future. I liked that the facility is near my neighborhood instead of needing to drive out to a suburb or industrial area. The facility was accessible to professional movers several times with a loading dock and freight elevator. I also felt comfortable meeting buyers here from craigslist several times.

I had a good experience at Honore Storage. The staff was very friendly, the facility was clean, elevator always working, convenient loading dock in back. Overall I would recommend, however, I should note that the unit was smaller than advertised. I know that units aren't always exact measurements, but it was a 10X10 that was actually more like an 8X8. When I brought this up, I was given $25 credit and told that I was already getting a good deal. I was getting a good deal, I happened to book it when they were running a special, but I don't think that should affect the service I am paying for. I managed to fit all my stuff and had no issues after that.

Overall experience was great. Having the night time access codes was fantastic. The price increases have been a bit high and this is no longer a great option for me, however.

I had a good experience with Honore Storage! Thanks to the staff for the helpful advice as to which size unit I needed and easy upgrading when I needed a larger one. I needed to get into the unit semi-regularly, and I found the access (including for a car) and hours to be very convenient.

It's an old building and they upgraded the elevator shortly after I moved my stuff in. The place is decent, as far as storage places go. Never saw any critters and I always felt safe. Only thing I would change is adding easier access to the loading dock, which I understand is something that is being planned. I moved out because I now have enough room in my condo. Matt's a real nice guy.

Matther was super helpful! He helped me take advantage of the one month free storage deal, and he put care and time into making sure everything was prepped and ready for me to move into my storage unit immediately.

The day I moved into my storage unit I realized I needed another for all my stuff. I called the office and they had another I could rent right then and there...whew. The Sunday I moved out, the loading dock gate broke, I raised it manually and then called the office to let them know figuring I'd have to leave a message being that it was a weekend. To my surprise, an agent answered the phone, said she'd report the broken gate, and answered the rest of my questions. A few hours later, I got a call back to say they now have it fixed and would I like them to officially check me out of my storage units. Great customer service! I'd definitely recommend them!!!

I just wanted to comment on how amazingly helpful Matthew was. His availability, his honesty, his helpfulness and his excellent communication throughout my usage of Honore will mean I will definitely recommend and use this place if I ever need to again.

Had nothing but issues with this location from day one. Anything from billing issues, entry issues, professionalism, you name it it happened at this location. Do business elsewhere.
