It is unfair to the consumer to pay rental charges upfront AND on return of the vehicle. I'm still waiting for my money to be returned to my card. Moving is already expensive and this is an unnecessarily expensive charge.

Make sure your system is up and running properly.
Self check out is great.
I tried to pick up at 8:00 am and location was not opened plus app was not working to have me pick up truck. I needed to wait 1 hour
The storage unit was difficult to open and close. Staff were helpful.
Great service by the staff. Only con is Uhaul will charge your card for daily rental at the time of pick up AND again when you return THEN credit funds back 3-5 business days later. The corporation should be clear with local offices that it is NOT a hold but a double charge. The staff at this location was excellent!!!!

Nice U-Haul Truck, new, clean and drove well. Pickup and Dropoff point (Eastern Carolina Storage, Greenville, NC) is a nice operation and has Great friendly management. I was very impressed and happy with the entire move.

Help us understand the enviromental fee. At least make sure it's listed or made known up front. It's only $4-$5 but it would be good to know that it's going to be something that we are responsible for. It may be for a good cause but it should be communicated as well.

Trailer was clean and ready to go. However, in your instructions that come with the booking confirmation, it says if you need assistance connecting the trailer, a uhaul representative can help you. The woman at this location was very friendly, but did not know how to help me hook up the trailer. I am a woman who was by myself picking it up and I expected that someone would be there to connect it for me. I could not connect it by myself, so I had to leave and get someone to come back with me to pick it up.

The cabin light never worked and the driver-side door was not properly set, but the truck and trailer worked well.

All things associated with this rental were very good and satisfying. Experience no problems whatsoever. Very pleased with my first U-Haul rental Thanks. My only "complaint" is that U-Haul does not allow vehicles with rag tops to be towed or trailered by their equipment. This was not mentioned anywhere on the website nor was this asked when I contacted U-Haul on the phone for rental verification. We got our Jeep shipped back home using an auto shipping company but we had to leave before they arrived for pick-up but fortunately the Jeep was delivered. Please be specific on unallowable issues such as this so that your customers won't have a "surprise" at the last minute.

The needed ordered items were not all available so we had to go to a second uhaul location to pick up the correct dolly.

Service your vehicles. We had a breakdown and when the mechanic checked oil, it was severely low and black as tar. Corrosion caused breakdown.

I picked up a auto transport here that had problems and was told that everything would be ok. I later had to call roadside assistance and the trainer was deemed undriveable.
I had a problem with my rental and the manager was very sweet and handled my issue with a smile and made the correction in a professional manner. Thanks U Haul!
