The service was great Mrs. Hoover was very helpful and friendly, she even came in since I booked on a Sunday to make sure I was able to get the rental truck. I will definitely recommend this location to my friends and family.

The equipment was damaged the tires needed to be replaced and balanced. There was only one lady in the office and the price was not the same as I did it on the net. The car hauler vibrated my truck the whole way to my destination and the ratchets were rusted and hard to use

Was there twice in 3 weeks and the lady that helped me had Internet troubles both times.So it takes a long time to do the paperwork.

Stop cancelling reservations. Make the reservation when the customer asks. Have the trailer there when you say it will. Keep your word. Be reliable. Be dependable. Location changed 4 types. It was a maddening experience.

The inside of the cab smelled like cigarette smoke. The inside of the storage bed was wet and had leftover knickknacks (magnets, crayons, manuals, coins, etc) and dirt/hair from a previous move. I was given a refund after the fact, but the dolly and moving pads never made it into the truck. I know I should have checked the stage bed before I left, but it was raining.
