Mrs. Hoover was exceptional and checked me out with ease!
HENRY CHad no help hooking up the trailer. Wheels were sunk in the ground and it was very difficult to move the 6x12 trailer. At least they were there....rented another 6x12 a week ago from this location and nobody was there or answered phone calls. Called another location and they took care of my rental. Gave this location a second chance but they blew it !

PAUL MThe lady told me that if I wasn't there by 4pm I would just have to miss picking up the van. When I reminded her that she told me that they closed at 5, she informed me that she had somewhere to go. After I made arrangements for my son, I get there by 4 and she stays until 5. Them she had her 13 year old son take me to the truck and he wanted to follow behind me. I told him that I needed to follow him because I didn't know where the truck was located. I never rented a uhaul before I didn't know how to open the back of the truck and I had to ask him to show me how to do it. He walk me to the truck and that was it I had to do my own walk around and I took pictures. This was the worst truck I had ever driven. It cobbled constantly. It cobbled so much, it worked tightened screws a loose in my furniture. It was extra hard to hold it on the road. I have my commercial driver's license and I have driven 18 wheelers that drive better than that uhaul. The man at the Meridian location that I just talked to on the phone was much nicer. Please keep someone in the Greenwood location that's going to be there for the customers.

John JThe equipment was damaged the tires needed to be replaced and balanced. There was only one lady in the office and the price was not the same as I did it on the net. The car hauler vibrated my truck the whole way to my destination and the ratchets were rusted and hard to use

dirk vStop cancelling reservations. Make the reservation when the customer asks. Have the trailer there when you say it will. Keep your word. Be reliable. Be dependable. Location changed 4 types. It was a maddening experience.
ELIZABETH BThe inside of the cab smelled like cigarette smoke. The inside of the storage bed was wet and had leftover knickknacks (magnets, crayons, manuals, coins, etc) and dirt/hair from a previous move. I was given a refund after the fact, but the dolly and moving pads never made it into the truck. I know I should have checked the stage bed before I left, but it was raining.
