The staff was very friendly and helpful. They greeted you as soon as you walked in the door and was helpful with locating your rental. Their business was clean and very easy to find.

When I booked the truck they told me (and reiterated at the time of pick up) that it was a flat fee of $19 and some change which included 90 miles and then 0,99 a mile after the 90 miles. I was charged for every mile. I disputed the charge and no one ever contacted me and they charged me anyways.

They also said they were going to take my truck offline to be serviced or inspected , which should have happened before I ever took possession of it in Atlanta, for safety reasons if none other.

JAMES OI feel like the experience I had to endeavor, I should have received some type of refund, it took over 5 hours to access the key for the uhaul that had nothing to with me. It was very unacceptable, I didn't get home until 4am and had to be to work at 6 not to mention we left from work 2 hours away just not good
ALVORDA FIt was an easy process in and out. I reserved it the day prior. I picked it up the next day. I had a small job. So I completed that and returned the truck after putting a few dollars in the tank. I absolutely enjoyed my conversation with the friendly staff. And I would definitely recommend their services.
Kawaeda Bi reserved a truck and a dollie. When I arrived. My truck and dollie was given to someone else. they said I picked it up and my card was charged. I told them multiple times I did not pick up the truck. then they realized they gave it to someone else and had charged my card. had to wait and then had no dollie. Also was told the insurance was going to be 28 to only be charged 45 so no this was not a good experience. I was so disappointed and felt cheated. that charges went up. truck and dollie gone,
bobbie bHelp there needs one of those hinges lifts. I have 5;herniated disc and I had to help him lift trailer off of hitch. I'm the LAST ONE, that should be lifting a trailer.I have been in special pain care since 2006. A girl at pickup loaded it by herself with this hitch wand. Man on Waycross needs one of those. WHAT THE HECK WAS I SUPPOSED TO FO WHEN HE SAID YOUR GOING TO HAVE TO HELP ME? TELL HIM NO? MY Dr. WOULD BE FURIOUS with me. Just sayin. Buy him the hitch wand thing. The lady at pickup used it like it was nothing.

Franklin SThey charged us for the damage coverage that we declined and gas that we didn't need to put in the truck. The lady said to bring it back with no less than 5/8 tank; we brought it back with over 5/8 tank but got charged $10 for 2 gallons of gas! We will go to a different location next time!
Christopher RThis was a self return. As parking for the U-Haul vehicles was on the other side of the street, it took me awhile to figure out I needed to cross the street to find the drop off box. A sign in the parking area directing me to the box would have been helpful.
