Tell the next customer to forget trailer rental in Shelbyville. Suck it up and rent the truck and furniture dolly from Simpsonville Location. The 3 in Shelbyville are piss poor representation of your brand.

The rental location is a little off the beaten path and GPS gets a little confused about when you've arrived. You actually drive another few hundred feet before you arrive and can see the signage out front.

truck was great. furniture dolly was great. very difficult processing paperwork to obtain truck. took over 1 hour while young lady was trying to process paperwork so i could rent truck. also cumberson on returning truck. office staff were trying but still very difficult and time consuming.
