Terrance BriggsNo one was here the day we dropped off the vehicle. It's a clean location on the outside. The key drop box was handy. I will always recommend Uhaul for anyone moving. This was my first time renting for a long haul rental, and I was genuinely please with this complete experience. Thank you, Gloria Campbell
Gloria CampbellIt was hard to tell this was the drop-off location. The GPS actually took me to a residential house down the road a bit from the location. Location was clean and tidy and the drop box was right up front. Maybe some better signage would help
andrew richterNo bc the truck was damaged but bc I had no proper check in and couldn't check out with the way the set up is supposed to be, I had no way to say that there was already damage. Good thing I paid for the insurance.

Laura GreenwellHorn Trevor Feed business is great. My problem is with the reservation process. I completed the more extensive 'check in' process on the Uhaul website which was supposed to shorten the time at the store picking up my rental. It did not. The same questions were asked of me that I had already answered when completing the questionnaire. i.e. What was I hauling. Did I want trailer insurance. What size truck was I using. What was the license plate number etc. Don't have customers spend time pre-registering if it won't actually save time when they arrive to pick up the rental.

John GrzybVery friendly, helpful staff. They hooked the trailer up to my truck, checked all of the lights, had me pull forward a few feet just to make sure everything was all tight on the ball/hitch. Couldn't have asked for a better experience! All I had to do was drive away, I will definitely use this location for all of my U-Haul needs!!

Terry RisteenThe worst experience I have ever had renting a truck. Was called in the morning of and was told I would have to go 15 miles out of my way to pick up the truck they did give me a mileage credit and a $50 credit which was nice but when I got to the location it was closed so I had to use my phone to access the keys, I sat for an hour trying to access the information on my phone, it had my credit card information but it said it was not going through so I had to go back in the morning to pick it up which put me hours behind on my move. I was also charged for insurance I didnt want and told someone about it and they were going to take it off but they never did. $15 charge. Not happy with this experience at all.

JIM WELLSIt would have been helpful to verify/confirm/have available type of connector needed for trailer lights prior to arrival. I had to make a side trip to an auto parts store to get what was needed.
Robert PileskiAll was good... except that the parking break had sharp burr on it and left a gash half way down my inner middle right finger. You might want to have that addressed.
Brad behlingWe were having trouble getting the hitch put on our vehicle. I called to ask what time they were open to because of the holiday. The young lady shared with me that they closed at five but that U-Haul finished checking out at 4 PM. I explained to her the problem we were having with the hitch, and she felt it necessary to tell me that we could not get the trailer after 4. When we arrived, several hours before closing, the girl helping us didn't know how to Check us out and had to FaceTime the person that did. We then had to go back because they didn't give us our blankets.

bill franzeseI was overcharged for mileage. I forgot to check the mileage before I left and when i returned the truck the mileage was incorrect.
Brian VabulasVery nice place/people. Highly suggest them. Truck was clean in good shape. Although we had problems with the wipers as they kept freezing up and not clearing the windshield.

Kristen TumpThe trailer leaked and it was raining, so all of my daughters stuff from college was wet (clothes, electronics, coach) ever box that was on the bottom of the unit was soaked all the way through and could not be picked up so we had to unpack everything just to move it back into the house.

Jason HulbertThis was my first experience with UHAUL. I would like to have known that I had a trailer several days in advance, not the day before I needed it. I was quite concerned.
JOHN SLEGERSThe person checking me out had no idea what he was supposed to do. I gave all my information when I called the local Antioch store to rent the dolly. My reservation got changed to Horn. They had no information that I gave the original store I contacted. It took about half an hour to get done. He also had no idea insurance was optional.

JESSICA HILLJenna, with whom I spoke on Fri was not at work when I picked up the truck on Sat, but she had everything all lined up & ready to go for me. Although not her fault, I did give her a hard time on Fri when she broke the news to me that they would not have the 26' truck I was promised (and needed )on my 30 min T/C with reservations on Th Jul 16, but only a 15' truck which I had to drive round trip. I blame the terrible reservation system U-Haul has where they first promise & apparently "pray" that the truck they promise will somehow show up! Terrible way to run a railroad but Jenna & crew at Horn were all very nice.
