I was supposed to get free 20 miles I didn't get that and also I had to go to a location that was 15 miles from my house and that ate up the extra mileage I was supposed to get. I think the prices are ridiculous.

Elton TI wasn't given the correct equipment. I was given an appliance dolly verses a utility. And only 1 furniture dolly was supposed to be 2 and only 4 pads was supposed to be 24, this was after having to go to a different location further then where I reserved my rental because the original place was closed
April HOfficially reserved in Marianna, FL. Then following an email, was rerouted to Cottondale, FL. By email, totally out of the way for me. The staff at Cobbs in Marianna was rude, not helpful, passive and didn't show any concerns toward me the paying customer, will never deal with the Marianna, Cobb staff.
angela cThe truck had dog hair all in the cab. The guy was very nice and helpful since I had another contract w another place at R&R towing on Penn Ave Marianna FL. The guy at R&R towing was awful. He wasn't there. Said he didn't get a notification from U-Haul. He was very rude inn the phone and hung up on me. I contacted the 800 number they were helpful and found an open U-Haul for me to go. It was 30 minutes out of my town but they got me in later Friday afternoon. Very grateful.
