Hourglass auto was excellent and the staff helped every step of the way. I checked in online previously but had to do it all over again on pick up. Maybe uhaul can sync the process so they work together. And if I check in previously don't cancel or have the check in window expire. Thanks

The problem a had was the hours spent on hold trying to get a hold of someone to help. Was at the pick up location before 8am and it took an hour to get the truck keys. It's going to be easier the next time. Not sure there will be a next time.

This location does not provide the supplies ordered when booking the truck. I ordered moving blankets to help protect my belongings, when I arrived i was told they don't do that. They did refund the cost of the blanket rental though.
