I had to give truck a jump with another car 4 times because the truck would not start!! The battery is no good or the starter is going out. Not happy at all with the rental, and I need to be compensated for the time that was wasted. The worst moving experience ever!!!!

Should not be a multi barber shop and beauty shop. The customer care was ok she was shampooing a client and I had to wait until she finished I also had to use roadside service because of rain in Chicago it was great

I was surprised to see a U-haul retail in a hair salon/barbershop. We had to wait while the owner provided hair services to her client. Not the most professional atmosphere to transact business. It was a first for me. But overall she was pleasant. Gears on the truck are off and should be checked.

Let others know exactly where the equipment is located and that the owner does not have to be available for certain rentals.

Go through a 3 point inspection with the customer, make sure the lock on the back isn’t frozen. At least make sure the truck is clean if you aren’t going to make sure the lock isn’t frozen. And it would have been nice to Receive a truck with more than little to no gas in it. If a customer has to go out of their way to pick up a truck, they should not be charged for extra miles.

Be present!! The guy who handed the U-Haul service wasn’t there. I had to wait 30 minutes before someone helped me.

What you can do to improve is charge the card when the purchase for the rental is returned. I just got a charge one month later and wasn’t expecting that to come out of my account. Not good business by uhaul.

I got charged for an extra day, when I had it returned on time guy at the place I returned the truck too said I was fine

Had to wait over 40 minutes for the key to the 17' truck, the truck was dirty, had to be swept out. Had a terrible experience.
