LAURA LI was charged for 2 days and i only rented and used it for one. I received a call, on 1-13-25, stating that the trailer had not been returned when it was supposed to be, but I did return it on the correct day 1-12-24, before 10:15 pm. I personally drove over on 1-14-24 and the trailer was in the same spot that I picked it up from, and where I was told to park it. I want a refund of the affordable days rent that I was charged.
JEFFREY DWe had to use self check in this time and had a LOT of trouble with it. But our bad experience had nothing to do with this location, which always provides wonderful service, so I don't want to leave anything negative. But if you want some ideas on how to improve self check in, feel free to contact me! I use U-Haul appx 5 times per year
BARBARA AI completed information requested on line when I made the reservation, however, personnel at Hub Cap Annies had to re-enter all the data again. Spent 30 minutes re-doing work already done.

Austin GJust rented a 6' x 12' U-Haul trailer, and it was great! Clean, easy to hook up, and plenty of space. The U-Haul team was helpful and the rental process was easy. Highly recommend for a reliable and affordable moving option.
David SThe store itself was great! helpful and friendly staff. The Uhaul app can use a bit of work though, I had to reload the app a few times just to try and go through the return process, photos wont upload properly, and it completely closed out at the end. I couldnt go through the check in process, so I'm guessing it took it as I dropped it off.

LeVerta WWe had a lot of trouble with the online pickup for after hours pickup. Luckily, this gentleman approached us to help. We didn't know anyone was still there because it was after hours and they were closed, so I was nervous and hesitant to allow the man to help. He didn't introduce himself, so I inquired if he was an employee to which he responded sarcastically. I really wasn't comfortable. He honestly wasn't very personable. Thank goodness he really was an employee and got us on the road in our u-haul in no time though! I was relieved that he did help us after closing time, otherwise we more than likely wouldn't have been able to get our U-Haul. Returning was easy and smooth with the same employee the next day!

TRICIA WYour check out app didn't work very well. It took me 20 mins after drop off time just to try to check out and it still didn't work properly. I ended up taking my own pics and putting the key in the drop box and left because it took entirely too much time. Checking in was easy and the employees were very nice. Truck was well maintained.
