Toni StricklandTrailer leaked water and destroyed property. Lugnuts were rusty as well as the rims. This trailer should've never been rented.
Kristy RobertsI booked my reservation online as a mobile pickup and it showed me a cost of $40 to be paid once i pick up the uhaul with my mobile device. I then received a Phineas call and the man didn't even understand what i was talking about when i said i have a mobile luck to. He told me i had to come up there before he closes and brunt my debit card. I got there electing to pay the $40 that i was told and he added jp some things and gave me a different price. Unfortunately all i had on my card was the $40 so then he said i can pay in cash but i had to pay $100!! Now luckily my son gave me the$100 but my thing is i didn't like how i set it up online got a confirmation and was told a price and my experience wasn't anything that was planned. I an very disappointed in this service
Cedalia ToarHad an 900 am appointment, the location wasn't even open. Which in return made me late after hiring movers to assist with loading. Then I also rented an appliance dolley. After the owner arrived, I was informed that he didn't have an appliance dolley and it should've never let me rent it. I'll never use uhaul again. I will not recommend this particular location to ANYONE…..

The employees that I talked to on the phone were extremely helpful and courteous, the truck pickup was quick and very pleasant, the new truck was a pleasure to drive and the person at the truck drop off quick and efficient and very pleasant. The whole move using UHAUL was a great experience for us. Merci

Janice TempleThe gentleman I rented from was so nice and helpful, however you have a terrible support staff in Jackson, MS as described below I gave the gentleman $100 cash for a deposit stating when I returned the rental I wanted to put the actual charges on my credit card. Once I returned the rental, this apparently couldn't be done and he called the Jackson, MS Uhaul office. I could actually hear the lady on the phone and she wasn't helpful to him at all and said that this wasn't at all possible. I highly doubt this, I ended up after 30 minutes just paying cash and left very displeased with the entire situation. james thrasherthis guy was an idiot. he knew we were going to Tucson AZ and put on the contract we would turn it in the next day. then he charged my 84 year old mother for 2 extra days. Hes an idiot.

He said drop the key in the box I ask didn' any one want to look at the truck or the miles and he said I just tell them to drop in the key. Don't fell right when they don't look at truck or miles when returned.Didn,t meet the person or go in his side \\ know for no one was there

Todd L CrossI was told that the Safe Move Insurance would be $14 per day and I was charged $28 per day. I didn't ask for the higher insurance. I have always used Uhaul, but this time my experience wasn't good.

Sherlene RobertsonI did not get any satisfaction at this location. Personal was very rude and of no help wath so ever. He was to busy spray painting something to wait on me. Had to call U-Haul and rent trailer over the phone and then hook up myself. Will look for another location next time.
David RodgersThis location was a joke. I walked in and when the guy finally acknowledged my presence, I told him what I was there for, and he cut me off saying that the guy who does the U-hauls was on vacation this week, and I would have to contact U-haul myself if I wanted something. Well, I had already reserved it online, paid for it, and did the quick check-out...thank goodness. I called the U-haul number, and told them the situation, and they told me which trailer I was assigned. They then called the rude gentleman at the business and told him which trailer I would be taking. He pointed to it and said there it is, and walked back in. I've never experienced anything like that in my life. Not to mention, the trailer has a lot of rust on it and looks like the oldest u-haul I've ever rented and was missing a couple of dust caps on the wheel bearings. It did the job okay, though...no complaints with it. The location, though...wow. That was some of the treatment I've ever experienced at a business.

Jon DuncanThe personnel were pleasant and helpful. Truck was not clean inside cab or trailor. I had reserved 48 blankets 3 weeks ago, called twice to verify but still only for 16. Truck requested was 20 ft but only had 26 ft available

william taylorSome confusion regarding the online rental. It took over 30 minutes to pick up the truck. Mr. Hudgins was very nice but had to redo the contract for some reason.
EDWIN HOPEwe made it to Kosciusko at 1155am and they had closed the shop which was not supposed to close until 12pm. This was after Uhaul deboccle of sending us to Terry Mississippi, 75 mile away from this one only to find out our u-haul truck was not in Terry, Mississippi and we did not get a courtesy call. So we were sent to this one 75 mile away and 75 miles back to where we needed to begin in Jackson, Ms.

sonya weatherbyWhen I arrived there was one truck parked in front of the other. The guy there told me the keys were in the truck. I assumed that he meant the truck in the front. After getting in and almost pulling away I realized the truck had to be way bigger Which it was, it was 26' and I needed the 15'. So I went to him and said I believe this is the wrong truck. He said well maybe so but I don't know if I have a key for that truck. he did so was on my way. He was not friendly and not helpful.
