This location is in a rural setting ( not the issue). No exterior lighting, so we are doing this in the dark. The address given has no drive way or entry. It is the side of the road with a fenced self storage back about 30 yards. No marked area as to where we are to leave the truck. Had to drive through a field to finally find the key drop box, which was on the locked gate post next to the only sign about U-Hall. Then it became issues with the app drop-off pictures.

This was an after-hours drop off. So no interaction with any staff. But their drop lot was spacious and the return was seamless.

Tonya LI am not sure I would do the 24/7 route again. Too many issues while trying to get into the place and the truck. Lock on the key storage box was rusted and stuck. Took a while to get into the storage box to get the key to the truck.

Sean BThe drop off location on S League Road in Waco Texas is a person's physical address. The actual drop off is just down the road. Updating this or having instructions when dropping it off pointing to the correct location would of made this an excellent experience.
