Have used this location for drop-off several times, but never met anyone in attendance. Nonetheless, it's clean, easy to access and I will likely continue to use and recommend.

Alice DLocation was fine! But I will never rent from U-Haul again: Called 3 different times because the reservation dates were wrong everytime. I needed it two days and everytime they messed it up, Then I had about 4-5 Dollie's and 12 blankets rented and there was no equipment with truck at pick up. When I called, U-Haul said I would have to drive 45 minutes- an hour to pick up the equipment I rented. I was still charged for it and even after drop off had to call Again and they said it would be 3-5 business days to get refunded the money for equipment. Such a mess and horrible experience

Not sure why they got that 1 star, must not of understood how the app works. If you needed help you could have called the location and Sandi would have helped you. She was very helpful when I called. Justin AI was not told I had to use "truck share" when I placed my order for a truck to move last weekend. When I got to where the truck was, it was in a gated business, and the business was closed at 4:30 on a Friday afternoon, even after confirming that I was picking up the truck at 4:30 on a Friday. I called Uhaul. They told me I needed the app. Unfortunately the location had zero service, so after 45 minutes of being on hold and getting disconnected twice I left without my Uhaul. I called Uhaul again, because I was moving the very next day, and I needed a truck. Once again they sent us to a place that was closed, but the truck was just in the yard. Once again, we were disconnected while trying to get a Uhaul truck share account. At this point, it was more than two hours on the phone with customer service, and two separate locations to try and pick up a truck. Finally, I reached someone at Uhaul who actually got on the phone with me, and step by step walked me through the process of getting the account, to making sure the truck was ready to go, before getting off the phone with me. He was a saint. It was NOT A PLEASANT EXPERIENCE. At all.
