Everything was great but the price. I think for that short of a distance and time it was very expensive to rent such a small truck. I've had rentals in the past that was triple the distance and time but the price wasn't that far off. It's disappointing because U-Haul is a great company. But the fees and everything added on to this trip just wasn't worth it.

Your website links to verify both for check in and check out, did not work really well on the phone during the check-in process. I was lucky to have the manager's number to surpass this barrier during the process.

#1: I was given this location for a one-way pickup. Upon arrival, the only van there was supposedly for in-town use only and we were told we needed to uber to a location in Odenton, wherever that is. After a couple testy phone calls and 30 minutes, the van that was there was released to us for use. #2: Some kind of Uhaul sign on the business would be helpful.

Renting this U-Haul was an unfamiliar experience. I had never rented a U-Haul from anywhere other than an obvious U-Haul location. This location was at a convenience store. There was no problem. The gentlemen at the convenience store were absolutely knowledgeable and incredibly helpful. Great experience.

Staff didn't even know they had U hauls!

Clean your equipment and don't charge me a cleaning fee for the previous user leaving it like garbage.

Equipment was good and procurement was good. However, I did not get dolly I booked for and vehicle fuel gauge was erratic leading to filling fuel more on return.
