When we rented the UHaul we were told we could drop it off at any UHaul location which we decided to do then when we dropped it off in PA they called Hunts Auto and was told we have to pay $758.00 for unauthorized drop-off I better not be charged the extra fee ,I've never heard of such a ridiculous amount

Signs all over saying drop box for keys is across the parking lot took me 15 min just to find this small box on a pole , signs helped but would have been better box on pole by trucks . Would have made it more easier. Not a lot of lights in parking lot very dark had to walk around with my phone to look for box an where I was walking glad I don’t have to move any time soon

Young man couldn't hook up the trailer. Another senior employee hooked up the trailer. Next day we noticed a charge higher than receipt states with the bank. No one person representing uhaul has good customer service skills. Every person was either nasty or less than helpful including the corporate representation. I nor my close family will ever go to said location again. We've used uhaul for years we're truly disappointed. Maybe give customer service seminars to this store employees bc they sure do need it.

We paid for insurance, and got stuck in mud at the house. U haul said, it only is for mechanical issues. With seasons change, there is mud. It would have been great to have had someone from companys insurance, come tow us out of the mud. Something for UHaul to think about adding in its insurance coverage.

Was overcharged but was told this morning I would be refunded 69.95.I just checked my account it has not been posted yet but Andrew was very courteous I am sure it will be there tomorrow.I have always had great customer service with this company.I am sure it was just a misunderstandings at this location.
