Parking lot was a bit crowded for my return but all was fine. The entire experience was very good and very affordable.

The employee did not know how to load a car on the auto transport. Then he damaged the side of our van when opening the sliding door. Later we learned that the wheel cover unhooked to go down so people can get out of their vehicle after driving it up. Also, one tire had 10 psi in it. The employee said the auto transport was good to go when it was not. We had to check and add air to all of the tires, the employee just stood there and watched. I do not recommend this location. Nice people but not knowledgeable or experienced.
