Terrible. Refund was not facilitated appropriately—no one in the process seemed to know what was going on. The uhaul location didn’t even know how to close my account and wouldn’t give me my 80 dollar refund until I called uhaul who also didn’t know what was happening. I ended up waiting over an hour for them to figure it out. Completely unprofessional and inexperienced.

Bad attention and orientation to customers. The guy in charge for weekends is really difficult to understand and rude. 0 in dealing with customers after my second weekend in a row renting from them

should have taken pictures of how i got the van before and after. they overcharged me for gas even though i filled it up. “It’s not exactly at the line they said” and it was definitely more than what it had before. not happy with the service here. i ended up being charged extra for not filling up gas and i also payed for gas myself.

Bad attention, cashier is rude and difficult to understand. I received the van with 3/4 of a tank and returned just close to 3/4 full after add 10 dollar of fuel. He took a picture with the van staying in an uneven surface ( check the parking lot) claiming fuel was low. When I ask about that, he put me to wait and served another clients. I ended up adding 10 more dollars....and returned the van close to full. Next week I'll be finishing to love my stuff of course using a different location

Truck was dirty. Crumbs everywhere. Service was very slow. It appeared staff didn't know what they were doing. I paid to rent 12 cushioning mats but was only given 2.

We had to wait for an hour for the person who worked there to figure out how to use the u-haul software. The wait messed up the schedule we had for the move-out. Definitely do not recommend this location to anyone.

The kid that checked me out at my scheduled pickup time had ABOSLUTELY. NO. TRAINING. WHATSOEVER. It took like an hour for him to figure out how to do everything. He has to call for help and didnt even have the right keys for the truck there because they had accidentally been given to a different customer. It was an awful experience. It was clear to me however that it was NOT his fault. He wasnt trained properly and that falls on u-haul. Not cool at all! You should have trained staff at repurable locations only. Not some kid at a gas station who also has to juggle looking after the gas station patrons simlutaneously. Very poor experience. Very disappointed.

This has been the worst experience ever to changing my pick up date to not having a trailer for me to move and when I have movers coming that day and that I had to them pay for a truck and gas which I had not budget for and to find a driver to drive my car so I could drive the truck was not happy with the truck that I received also had the check engine light on, worst experience ever

Trucks left with inconvenient fuel levels. Trucks returned as close to 1/4 as possible but still charged. Trucks dirty, cracked window, no head light, cracked driver mirror, loose mirrors that you can’t even look out of in the dark to see if you are past the car to switch lanes. Would never use U-haul again. Your age as a company shows in your extremely tired fleet.
