Sewer dump station needs some help. Wouldn't take much.

Robert ECustomer rep spent more time smoking outside than helping customers. He only dealt with one customer at a time, and we all got to watch him smoke while we were waiting for him to acknowledge us? He gave everyone instructions, but he never helped anyone even find the right vehicle. Then when they came back asking questions about the vehicle, he belittled them, amazing? Frist impression......very, very, very, angry and grumpy old man!!
Tom HBut after the initial drop off I was charged an additional free for 2 extra days and the safe coverage. When I dropped of on time at location. I then had to call Uhaul 3 more times to get things cleared up and still waiting for my refund. This after part and problem has been the worst experience I have had with Uhaul now everything is electronic and you don't get something in your hand when dropping off. I will need another uhaul in a few weeks but think I might go another route.

Anthony P | Expérience généraleThe drop off location was just fine. The problem was that the dolly did not pull good. I gauged the tires which was low, that helped some, but it was still bad about swaying and did not pull good. I have an old home made dolly that pulls better
H. WWe stored our RV here for over a year. Staff were amazing when we upgraded our RV to a bigger one and had to get a bigger storage space. Highly recommend and if we need storage again this will be who we call. Great security also never worried about our RV.

Richard G | Expérience généraleThe location was nice...were we returned it was horrible...they wouldn't refund us the $80 dollars we had due to us. Said they would have to verify it and never got back to us. I wouldn't rent another u-haul just on account of where we had to return it.

I would relocated to 238 storage in a heartbeat if you start offering covered units with 5 amps of 120 volt! (I pay $500 per month for this presently)
