Truck did leak items did get wet, not locations fault. A little better training program on check out program. Your drop off location, client should have the closest location, you cost me $$. Also truck was 1/2 full not 11/16.David S.

I rented a 6x12 trailer but when I tried to attach it I found that there was no way for me to lift the tongue from the ground because of the weight. It is offsite from the rental location. I started to call to get help but fortunately there was a man that saw me and helped. Even at that the man is 65 and I am 82. It was not easy.DAVID L.

I would not even recommend uhaul almost 200 dollars for moving I would recommend go get a regular rental truck the price would be so much better and this location sucked it took the man 40 mins to try and do contract I will never use this place againteresa G.
The cell phone app is terrible. It took 4 hours to get my truck with extensive help from multiple people from u-haul. On my return, I was very exact about the tank not full on pick-up and no pads, yet they showed up on my bill. The app said someone would contact me within 24 hours of check-in(return). That never happened. I received the bill (incorrect, over-charged)via email 2 weeks laterGreg B.
