Seemed like we were a bother. No one asked us if we needed to be shown anything or walked us to the vehicle. They just handed us keys.

The truck smelled of marijuana. The business sells to people involved in the cultivation of marijuana. The guy who helped me couldn’t get the computer to work so he used his iPhone to help me. The IPhone had a shattered screen. I had originally reserved a truck elsewhere and needed it at 0830. This place didn’t even open til 1000. The only reason I took the truck was that I had to Ben out of my house by 5 pm that day. Very disappointed by my experience and that uhaul would associate with this type of business.

When we picked up the truck, the drivers side was very muddy and dirty. The back of the truck was filthy. Muddy and dirty. We had to clean and sweep out the back of the truck before we stated moving. The gas was at 1/4 full. And we were asked to bring it back at 1/2 tank. Which we did not. We brought it back how it was given to us. I recommend you Clean and make sure the truck is ready to be given to the next customer. Quality control. We spent quite sometime cleaning it out before we put our furniture in it.

I believe the mileage of 170.4 is wrong. I have 161.4 miles from from previous odometer before I drove at the start. 81,180.6-81,019.2 miles =161.4 miles. So I was charged an extra 9 miles. .89 x 9 = 8.01 dollars back.

The Lady Had A Really Shitty Attitude And Over Charged. Not That You Give A Shit Because She'll Probably Still Be There. I Wish The Dude Who Helped Us In The Beginning Would've Helped Us This Time Around But Unfortunately It Was This Asshat. I Feel Bad For The Guys That Were Cool But I Wouldn't Recommend This Place.

My recent rental was good, except when I tried to return the truck after hours, your app didn’t work because there was no cell signal in that area. I also couldn’t use my gps until I left the area.

The vehicle wasn’t cleaned. The staff did not know how to do check ins. The paperwork said the gas tank was on full but after inspecting the truck it was only at 1/4. And this was not the location I submitted through the website. I had to go another 15 miles out of the way. I won’t be renting from here again

I waited for half an hour to drop off the truck at the end of my rental. There is only one staff member at this location trained in uhaul protocol, and she was off today. They called her to walk them through the process and then finally informed me I owed $9 for gas. I pointed out that the truck was given me with half a tank and I had returned the truck with half a tank. I was then informed that it was a “tax”. At one point I was invited by a female manager to look at the screen for myself to see the charge, she must have been hoping that I the customer would understand the uhaul interface better than she could. The people at this location were completely incompetent as uhaul representatives. I finally agreed to pay the bogus charge so I could leave, I had absolutely no more patience with this staff, I lost my temper, and I had no reasonable expectation that they were capable of solving the disputed charge without another half hour telephone conversation with their staff member who was not present. I note on my receipt it says I was charged for fuel, and not a “tax”. Based on this experience I will not be using uhaul again, or at the verse least not from this hydroponics business.

This location charged me a fuel surcharge of $7 for not bringing needle to the level it was when I took delivery. UNTRUE! I have picture proof on the night I dropped of the truck. I dont have time to dork around with that facility to get my $7 back but I can say I will never rent from that location or maybe even Uhaul again. Very unethical!

This location is offensive. It is a business that overtly sells products for growing marijuana and the clientele is indicative of that. Also, they were playing the most offensive hip hop that was full of profanity, lewdness, and racial slurs. On top of that, it took them 10 minutes to find someone who knew how to check out the truck (she was by far the most courteous employee though). Then, when I went to return the truck, there was no one there who knew how to check me back in and I had to go outside and do the self check-in. This was the worst U-Haul experience I've ever had. Except for Erica who I talked to on the phone at U-Haul who is very helpful.

It's was not the location the problem, it's uhaul it's self. I was to go to 3 location to get a truck after requesting one online the night prior

The Uhaul AFM (Gary Smith) was incensed on 2 phone number when I explain that phone number was my home, cell and work number. That this the best number. He was willing to have me cancel the rental over second number he already checked my past rental history seeing only one number at time of rental. I said if it’s that important the 800 reservationists should have asked for it or second credit card. We sent 25 min dealing with that issue infront of a new dealer and his customers not good look on uhaul. I feel that the AFM needs more training on customer service and understanding that dealers have their own business to run
